Here is a marina as well as a lock As a tenant , you have access to all shared activities, i.e. swimming pool with hot water pool, children's pool and sauna. In addition, the sports hall with various activities, Badminton and Padelbane. There is outdoor large playground, tennis courts, mini golf as well as mountain bike course..etc.

From the living room there is access to the wooden terrace, which is covered and facing south-west. The large lawn is suitable for play and is bordered by trees. There is an electric car charger.
