The apartment is part of a detached country estate with an apple orchard, fields and forest and is located 10 km south of Aarhus. Bed linen and towels are included. At Sejersminde Bed and Breakfast, you can go on a farm holiday just two kilometers from one of Denmark's absolute best beaches and just 300 meters from Fru Møller's Mill with farm shop, free-range animals, restaurant and ice cream shop. The farm Sejersminde from 1875 is today a family collective with two families and grandmother. Here you get your own apartment for six people with kitchen space and access to a natural garden with private terraces and a living greenhouse. Breakfast can be purchased for a small extra fee.

There are a total of 14 beds distributed among the 6 rooms; for 11 adults & 2 children under 12 years in bunk beds. We also have 2 baby travel cots. It is mandatory to use sheets, duvet and pillow covers on all beds. If you wish to rent linens and towels from us, this must be pre-ordered, at least 14 days before arrival. There are living rooms, kitchen with seating and service for 17 people. Please note, we do not have a microwave and TV here. The place must be left tidy, clean and neat upon departure.

Room with private kitchen, bathroom and entrance. I live on my grandmother's abandoned farmhouse, where at one end of the house there has been a small barn (which has been converted into a dwelling, and this is where you will stay). In the room is a double bed + sofa bed. Next to you, a chamber with a bed 1.20 wide. There are towels, bedding/linens, dish towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer, etc. There is plenty of room in my garden for you, my children/grandchildren (who all live abroad) and me. Welcome.

Ferielejlighed på 1. sal af vores nedlagte landejendom. Den er ca. 30m2. Her er dobbeltseng (160x200), lænestole, sofabord og TV. Spiseplads til 4 og et lille køkken med køl, frys, kogeplader, mikrobølgeovn, kaffemaskine, elkedel mm. Samt et badeværelse med bruser. Lejligheden er aflåst til resten af boligen, og har sin egen tagterrasse hvorfra der også er egen indgang. Fri wifi. Vi har 2 fjordheste, høns, geder og en sød udekat. Leje af fold til medbragt hest muligt.

Huset ligger 20 minutter vest for Århus og 10 km nord for Skanderborg. Man kan sejle ad Guden åen fra Randers eller blot tage bussen fra togstationen i Skanderborg. Sophiendal restaurant kan servere morgen- og aftensmad af lokale råvarer særligt fra godsets eget landbrug.

Old Farmhouse in the middle of Havnebyen

The cottage is an old farmhouse from 1826 with a renovated interior in the center of Havnebyen. The combined dining and living room with the fire place invites you to relax and enjoy many hours if the weather does not permit you to sit outside in the garden. The garden is not fully fenced and is therefore frequently visited by deer, hedgehogs or pheasants. With the fast fiber WiFi network, watching movies or even working from the house is not an issue.

The Hayloft is the ideal retreat for two people. The gable is completely glazed and offers a magnificent view of the private lake and the national park behind it. In the middle of the room is the "Magic Box." It houses the kitchen, a dining area and the dressing room. At the top of the box is the gallery bed, which has a view far into the national park through the glass parapet. In the garden there is a deck and a work studio. 200 m to the sea.
