Private suite vacation rentals in Central Coast

We had a great time. The place was in a great spot and while basic, had everything we needed. Our host Stuart was very welcoming and really made our stay. Will be back next time in Newcastle.

The property is described as ‘charming’ and it certainly is that. Lovely place in a lovely location. Great place to stay.

We have stayed with Genie often while visiting family nearby. We enjoying catching the bus at the end of the street and making our way to the station to catch the train to the city. There are parks and walks nearby, and we regularly walk to a cafe in Asquith for coffee. Genie's place is roomy and private, with everything we need for our stay. We particularly appreciate the washing machine and drying space.

Super giving with their amenities. The kitchen is stocked with all sorts of things, and they provide ground coffee, with an excellent coffee machine too. There's a great selection of beverages - teas, coffees, milks, coconut water! Everything is above and beyond about the kitchen. The view is stunning, you can see Bungan waters from your room, and the sun shines really beautifully in the morning, right to the bed. Roy & Leslie also put instructions for just about everything, and they really do have everything. Spare blankets, beach towels, towels, a heater, two different fans, lamps abound. The walk is 10-15 minutes to Bungan & Newport beach. Both beautiful, with nice shops around. Roy & Leslie also provide good food recs for the area. Truly, a great place to stay and very private. They go above and beyond, and they also have a very cute cat who you'll be lucky to stumble across.

We loved this place! It was cosy, had everything we needed within walking distance! Perfect peaceful location! Easy to get to, easy to find, easy check in and out! Highly recommend to anyone on a wkend in Sydney

What a lovely Air BnB, Ken. All the things that can be missing in other places were right there. Important for us- somewhere to put bags, ice in freezer and even a night light in the bathroom- fantastic. Coming from Brisbane the electric blanket was so welcome. Everything was immaculate and comfortable thank you very much. The location was ideal for us for visiting friends and family. We did have a car but hope on our next visit we can try the bus to the city. How convenient. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and we would recommend your place very highly. Had a wonderfull stay at the songbird studio over the Easter weekend with my partner. The studio is absolutely beautiful with a great view, and Emmanuelle was very friendly and helpful.

Second time I have stayed and would more than happily go again! Jo and Wayne are the loveliest of people be sure to snag them for a chat. Highly Recommended 😊

I wish I could give this review 6 stars! The place was perfect, peaceful and as described in the listing. The view is stunning and there is easy access to the beautiful beach below. Nicholas was the ultimate host - he even graciously made us coffee and smoothies in the morning. I would certainly love to stay here again in the future.

The perfect home away from home Lillian and Phil were always making sure we were okay and if we needed anything. We had a lot on being our daughters wedding so was amazing to come home to the peace and quiet. Would highly recommend this guest suite for couples perfect. Jeanette and Stephen

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, felt like a home away from home all our worries disappeared it was so incredibly peaceful to wake up to, Diana and Jim were so incredibly nice and helpful, the power went out due to servere weather at 1am and they were very quick to come out in the pouring rain to get it back on straight away. Lastly the place whole place but mainly the kitchen, bathroom and laundry was so well equiped with absolutely anything we needed not once did we feel like we didn’t have anything and we were making big dinners and breakfasts every morning and night. It was so clean and well kept, 10/10 would come again next time I go to Sydney definitely

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful, sunny, and spotless apartment. The space had everything you could possibly want, making it feel like a real home away from home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, going out of their way to make sure both I and my dog were comfortable and well looked after. They thoughtfully provided milk for tea and coffee, and even set out dog bowls, poo bags, and a small fence at the top of the stairs so my dog could safely enjoy the balcony. The apartment itself is quiet and peaceful, set at the back of the property with its own private entrance. A nearby park with the sound of a waterfall and lots of beautiful birds added to the calming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a caring, pet-friendly stay with genuinely lovely hosts, I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

extremely beautiful location and great location 👌 we ended up extending our stay fmto travel blue mountains instead of reserving place near by blue mountains! 1.5hr drive is worth the price to stay at this location extremely blissful and very generous and great host and great place😘😍

Is this the best Airbnb in Australia? Quite possibly - Pam and Kevin are excellent hosts, the apartment is clean, comfortable and private with plenty of space, and perfectly located for the beach, and a short taxi ride from all of town. Plus the posh-restaurant-quality homemade breakfasts are worth staying for all on their own!

We had a beautiful stay at Cathie’s place, what a gorgeous Airbnb! Looks just like the photos. The sunshine that pours into upstairs both in the morning and afternoon is lovely and you can watch the sunset on the balcony upstairs. Location is great, a nice quiet and safe area, close to the beach and local shops. The place was clean and it had all the amenities we needed as per the description. Thank you, Cathie for always being responsive and proactive with your communication. We will definitely be back!
