La casa está preciosa y el jardín está muy fresco y tranquilo, el lugar es muy relajado y alejado del bullicio. Mi perrita se la pasó muy bien en la sombra de los árboles. Los hosts muy amigables, atentos y pacientes.

La casa es un verdadero encanto, estructurada en diferentes niveles que miran al mar, cada espacio tiene su toque especial. Todo está pensado para relajarse y disfrutar. La playa Shalpa es simplemente espectacular. Es pequeña, tranquila, rodeada de naturaleza y aves, lo que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en un paraíso personal. Ideal para quienes buscan desconectarse y disfrutar de un entorno natural. Mi familia se la pasó increíble, todos quedamos encantados con el lugar. Sin duda, es un alojamiento altamente recomendado. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

Lovely stay with our family. The cabin was perfect and we wished we could stay longer than the 4 nights we had. Really easy to find and close to town but super quiet place to relax and enjoy the views. Judith was really responsive and one small problem we had with hot water was fixed in under 10 minutes. We would definitely stay again.

This home is huge! We adored Luis and family who live next door and are available to help with anything. There is a little buzzer on the fridge to call them if needed. They’ll even do your laundry! We’re all learning spanish and it was so cool to have a local host available for a chat- very authentic experience :) The kitchen is well stocked with all the kitchen supplies (so rare for Airbnb’s). I gave the house a 4 for cleanliness but that is only due to the indoor/outdoor nature of the construction. It really couldn’t have been any cleaner. Occasional critters make their way into the house - a street cat, a bat, a bird, a few geckos. My kids loved the critters and the bedrooms are fully sealed so nothing gets in there. No issues with mosquitoes at all. The pool is lovely and the location is spot on and super safe. Highly recommend!

Doña Vilma nos trató como si fuera amiga de años. Muy amable y servicial. Tiene una piscina muy linda. Un lugar para ir a descansar en familia. Está en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de comercios. Son Pet friendly El lugar es acogedor, sin lujos, pero se respira un agradable ambiente familiar. Volvería a ir perfectamente.

Todo estuvo muy bien. Nos quedaríamos de nuevo. Gracias por todo.

Excelente estadía! Tanto el host como el personal de la casa fueron excelentes y profesionales. Se aseguraron de que nuestra estadía fuera cómoda y agradable, siempre con excelente disposición y carisma. Sin duda, fue más de lo que esperábamos, las fotos no le hacen justicia a la realidad de la casa!! Hay distintas actividades para realizar y muy bien acceso a la playa. Sin más que decir, nos vamos muy contentos como familia.

La casa es hermosa, muy espaciosa y cómoda, ideal para grupos grandes. Está completamente equipada y no le falta ningún detalle. Disfrutamos mucho del jacuzzi, la piscina y las vistas hermosas, el parqueo es muy amplio. Quedamos realmente satisfechos y sin duda volveríamos.

We had a fantastic stay at the property . The scenery and setting of this property is just serene . We were a group of 10 with adults and kids . The kids loved the place so much that they refused to even leave the property . Had a very restful 3 days of Christmas . We stayed over the Christmas break and walked to a nearby local church for the midnight service . Don Miguel ,,George and Theresa ( the helpers on the property ) were always available and very helpful . I wanted to leave a word of appreciation for Sylvia . She is super helpful and very responsive . Was always available to answer questions and provide a lot of helpful recommendations . By far the best Airbnb host that I have interacted with . Overall a wonderful experience

Un lugar con todas las comodidades y servicios. Las chicas que ayudan en la cocina muy proactivas y atentas, hacen que la estadía sea espectacular. No duden en rentar este espacio mil por ciento recomendado!

Estuvimos muy contentos. El espacio es grande y con excelente distribución por lo que, a pesar que éramos muchos, no sentimos que nos chocábamos o que no cabíamos. Las habitaciones tienen la privacidad suficiente y necesaria para alojar grupos grandes y medianos.

Quedé enamorada del lugar ! Muy lindo justo como en las fotos, la bocina en muy perfecto estado, las habitaciones muy bien, siempre había aire acondicionado, la piscina en perfecto estado siempre limpia , y la cocina en perfecto estado todo súper bien. Me encantó el lugar 🩵

We really enjoyed our stay!

This property is magical! We are a family of 6 adults and everything about our stay was smooth from check-in to checkout. David went above and above to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. He helped us arrange transfer from Antigua and boat transfer to San Juan and San Marcos. A shout out to Melvin, our shuttle driver, and Marco our boat driver. David was flexible with our checkout time and was quick to respond to my many, many questions. The grounds are stunning! You will not be disappointed. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed walking around the exquisite grounds and jumping off the private dock into the refreshing lake. There are beautiful areas for yoga as well as workout equipment, which my son and son in law loved. The house is equipped with all the cooking essentials. Carlos is amazing and was available for anything we needed during our stay and set up a lovely fire for us one evening. My only regret was not booking this place longer.

Stayed there for 3 days, Luis and his helper were amazing at making sure we got everything we needed and gave us all the help we needed to find anything we needed. I even asked Luis if I could use his place to propose to my now fiancé and he was very nice about it. The location is great because you are very private and yet super close to the beach. His helper was great and always gave us the sources to find, food, quads and anything we needed. It was a great experience!

la casa es grande y muchos ambientes, juan siempre estuvo pendiente de toso solucionando problemas, inconveniente con el aire nada que no se pudieran solucionar Juan en el momento, volveremos nuevamente excelente lugar y atención

Muy buena experiencia para vacacionar, es un lugar muy bonito y limpio, la casa tiene todo lo que necesitas y las personas que ayudan son super amables. Definitivamente volvería a esta casa.

Casita pitaya es un lugar muy bonito, ubicado a unos cuantos pasos de la playa del lago, (llegar es fácil solo pongan IMAP en el mapa) la casa está justo a la par, hay una tienda de conveniencia cerca de la casa los señores que venden justo enfrente de la casa son de las personas más radiantes y amables que e conocido, al igual El buen Hernán, el caserío pachitulul es un lugar mágico como sus cercanías cerro de oro (dónde está la 🚪 ixbalam) lugar que inspiro al autor del libro el principito, la anfitriona IxChel, fue extremadamente atenta, la propiedad tiene múltiples árboles frutales (asta me permitieron tomar unos cuantos 🍋 hice una deliciosa limonada wow) pararse en la puerta de la cocina y contemplar la vista, vale toda la pena !!! baño, toalla, camas, todo impecable y limpio, ES IMPORTANTE ENTENDER QUE LA CASITA PITAYA es un lugar para alejarse de la civilización, no es un lugar como San Pedro, San Juan, San Marcos, es un lugar de paz dónde se puede tener conexión.

Amazing little spot in Santa Cruz, walkable to any area. Quiet and cozy, perfect for some vacation time. It's not the first time by boyfriend has booked this house and this time I was able to come as well. Super plus point: it's pet friendly and our dogs LOVED this short holiday!

Great place very peaceful and secluded if you’re looking to disconnect. Beautiful surroundings with games and watercraft’s for our entertainment! Don Manuel was very helpful and everyone in town was very friendly and helpful also. We had a great stay and great time. Just be ready for very steep terrain 4x4 recommended for peace of mind, but doable in a 2 wheel drive
