Located in a paradisiacal garden where you can watch countless animals. Marise patiently showed us around and showed us a wide variety of animals. The property is located directly on the sea and Marise even provides beach towels. Another plus is the daily housekeeping. We highly recommend the fabulous place and would be happy to come back any time.

If you want the vibe of the national park without being in the national park this is the place to be!!! Monkeys everywhere! They visit the trees while you relax in the hammocks! Nona was absolutely amazing! Always answered when we had questions! Had amazing recommendations! The house was perfect for the three of us! It has everything you need for meals made at home! Everything is walking distance! The entrance to the park was about a .75 mile walk! There were sloths and monkeys everywhere!!! I can’t say enough how awesome this place was!!!!

Great location around the geographic center of Santa Teresa Beach Easy to walk to local spots for Yoga and Surf and a variety of Restaurants. Great vibe and friendly hosts!

This casita was an amazing place to stay. We honestly never wanted to leave. The proximity to the ocean was unbeatable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the place was clean. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay immensely. We'll be returning again at the next chance to visit El Salvador.

It's hard to put into words how beautiful this place is. Incredibly beautiful and deserted beach, monkeys who come to visit curiously and a super comfortable place to stay. Really sad to have to leave here. A unique experience that will accompany me all my life.

Great place to stay if you want to be secluded from the tourists traps. Beach is pretty much all yours and restaurants is an easy walk down the road. Will definitely recommend and would stay again. Karen also provided thorough instructions about the place and surrounding area.

Wow! What an incredible AirBnB and hosts. Nadia and Richard have made sure to consider every detail to make this stay unforgettable. We loved how secluded it was and how it was both jungle and ocean views. Nadia was extremely kind and helpful. We were stuck in a pinch when we had a flat tire and we're back in the road the same morning. We will certainly be back again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! Nestled in a lush, beautifully maintained tropical garden, the setting felt like a peaceful oasis. Waking up to the sounds of birds and being surrounded by greenery was a true escape from everyday life. One of the best parts? It’s just a 10-minute walk to a stunning beach with pristine, crystal-clear waters. Whether I wanted to swim, relax on the sand, or watch the sunset, it was the perfect spot and so easy to get to. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The garden views from the windows and patio were stunning — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The host was friendly, responsive, and gave great local tips. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax in a serene, tropical environment. I would definitely stay here again!

It is an extremely BEAUTIFUL place, perfect to disconnect and renew your energy, fully equipped, cozy, the place was impeccable, they took care of every detail, it has everything at hand so you don't have to worry about anything, the pool was super clean and relaxing. My husband and I stayed for four days and we didn't have enough time to enjoy everything the place and the house offers, without a doubt the host is a beautiful person, super friendly and sweet, it is a simply perfect place, without a doubt we will return to this place. Absolutely wonderful place! No complaints whatsoever. This was our favorite place we stayed at in CR and it was so affordable! It is a bit out of the way, but we actually liked that. The beach nearby in Savegre de Aguirre is just a short drive away and we enjoyed driving out to it and walking around for a bit. The road seems intimidating, but her house is the second one past the gate, so you don't have to drive too far at all and our 4x4 truck handled it just fine. 5 stars!

We have been with Airbnb since 2017 and Casa Familia is in the top 5 of our experiences. The one bedroom condo was clean, comfortable and in a good location. The pool was very relaxing after a day of activities and the use of the golf cart was an absolute plus. The lush greenery and florals lining the walkway were breathtaking. The beach, restaurants and a variety of fun activities were within a 5 minute walk. The hosts communicated well. We would highly recommend and if available would book again.

Very nice and comfortable room and property! We stayed several days and had no problems, the area is downtown and has everything you need nearby. I highly recommend it :)

Our stay at Andrew’s place was wonderful! My daughter and I stayed for a month and created our own wellness retreat. This space was perfect for us. What stood out was the beautiful views and serene environment. We had privacy and amenities we needed were a close drive into town. We had a rental car which helped us get around. A car is a must. Andrew was a super host and very responsive when anything came up that we needed help with. Even when he was in Europe, he was quick to respond and help us resolve things. For instance when the fridge wasn’t working he had another one brought in asap and got a technician in to fix it. We often used the community pool which is a short drive away. There were a couple of times it was not cleaned when we went. On our last day at the pool we saw a group of monkeys passing through the trees around the pool. It was very cool. Our stay in CR and Andrew’s place has some beautiful memories for us. We would certainly consider going back!

Gilles place is magical. I loved every minute of my month long stay there and was incredibly sad to leave. The views are incredible and the wildlife is abundant I don’t surf but the beaches here are delightful for long walks and I really enjoyed taking dips in the cool river and floating in the tide pools. I loved the daily workout of climbing the steep hill but if you are not very fit you’d be wise to rent a 4x4 or an ATV to get around during your stay. Lastly, Gilles presence on the property was an added bonus! He has lived in the area for a long time and offers great suggestions. He is very respectful of your space / privacy but quick to respond to questions and consistently jovial if you happen to see him outside. Highly recommend!!!

Thomas and Anna are are superb hosts. I've been lucky enough to stay with them on a couple occasions. They were helpful in securing my cart rental as well as an onsite massage on their dock, which was sooo nice. The grounds are well cared for, and the room is everything you need, nothing you don't. Also, try their quesadilla, its wonderful!

A place with a breathtaking view; the windows allow you to enjoy it perfectly. The accommodation is very well equipped with all necessary. Excellent place to disconnect and rest as a couple. Excellent communication from Monica. To return.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at - Milli is an incredible host and cares for the property and her guests so well. Her breakfasts are incredible and the property is gorgeous. I will stay again!

This is my second time staying with Miki and it definitely won't be the last. She is the best host you could ever ask for. She is always super responsive and proactive. The house itself is perfect for two people. The kitchen is well equipped to cook and Miki is always giving recommendations for local events. The apt is super close to the beach. The internet works great.

This space is perfect for one person. It’s close to the beach and a short tuk tuk away from the town. There are quite a few places to eat within walking distance. The pool is so lovely on a hot day. The hosts were very friendly and answered any questions I had quickly! I would definitely stay again.

Sherry and Larry were excellent hosts and very hospitable. They take pride and joy hosting their guests which makes the experience staying at airbnb extra special. From the onset, we were greeted at the door and were given a comprehensive walkthrough. The place was immaculate and the views were drool worthy. A gentle breeze on the patio was perfect to stay cool while enjoying the views in the morning or evening. We also enjoyed their pool and their place was fully stocked with all the essentials including beach gear to borrow. We can't recommend this place enough and will be back! Thank you for hosing us :)
