Tim’s place (Rio Bajo) was very delightful! We enjoyed sun bathing by the river, watching Tim’s bird feeder attract many cardinals and all sorts of beautiful birds, hot tub time, star glazing and so much more! Thank you Tim for sharing your beautiful place with us!🙂

We had such a great time! I lived in Germany for a short bit many years ago and this sweet cozy house reminded me of the experience. It was fun to look around at all the decor from Germany. It was nice and quiet, and just a short uber ride from town. We loved the surprise German pastries put in our room and appreciated the bottled water that we forgot to bring with us! Thank you for being such a lovely host. We’d totally visit again.

The Champaign cottage is Stellar. It was perfect for my wife and I. Isaac was Awsome and messaged us back during our stay in less than 5 minutes. Perfect place for a romantic getaway in a nice quiet part of Pueblo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked to cook meals each day. Our favorite part was sitting by the river, peaceful and relaxing. Location was perfect, in between Johnson City and Fredericksburg, Albert is down the road, and many nearby wineries.

It started out a bit rough with A/C issues, but they were extremely quick to be helpful and make things right. They continued to communicate next steps. Great location, very clean, enough room and would definitely stay there again. The outside area is perfect for this time of year! Everyone had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. They have a great thing going with rescue animals and birds. Micky took us on a tour and told us heart warming stories how they adopted these animals. This was an “experience “ and not typical Airbnb accommodations! Highly recommend!

It was a short stay but Judith accompanied us with everything we needed. Would stay here again! Love Fredericksburg and this location was perfect to Main.

The location was exactly as described and conveniently located for our purpose. The condo was very clean and modern. Overall, we were very pleased with the total package.

Oh my goodness! This is one of our favorite stays ever! My husband and I love to go somewhere quiet where we can just enjoy our time with the littles and each other. Well this hit the nail on the head for everything we wanted. The location and the river were incredible. The water was sooo pretty and was not too deep where the house is. However, there are many deeper, cool swimming holes on the trails that we enjoyed too. The house is a quaint little cabin that is perfect for where it is. Our little kids had so much fun in every aspect. We floated, hiked, snorkeled, fish, and swam swam swam! It’s near a little town but don’t expect a lot of people or anything. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place this is the spot. Alan was amazing and communicated everything we needed to know. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay. This has to be the best Airbnb that we have stayed in! Quiet, clean and very welcoming. Great location close to all the shops and restaurants in town. We definitely will be staying there again! God’s Blessings to the owners!

The place was absolutely stunning! Matthew was an incredible host, he was super responsive and really friendly. We had an incredible weekend!

Had a lovely few days in hill country at this place. Very peaceful neighborhood, no loud neighbors , plenty of birds chirping and occasional deer trodding by. Bandera isn’t the most lively town, but if you were searching this region for a place, you probably know what you’re getting into or this is close to what you’re attending or visiting.

We had 13 guests total, and there was enough space for all of us. The house, guest house and Casita were all cozy and well decorated. There were plenty of linens and towels for everyone. Check in was easy and the property was just as described. It's private and serene. This is a country house, so expect to drive down a bit of dirt road, and you will get a few critters. The house is about 10 minutes from town and 5-10 minutes from the wineries and breweries. We had no problem calling an Uber to transport us into town. We all loved the layout so much we are thinking of coming back in the winter for my husband's Birthday.

This will be our second summer at the Casita and it definitely won’t be our last. It has everything you could possibly imagine and even things you probably didn’t think of. It truly is a little slice of heaven. I loved the abundance of wildlife that greets you in the morning while you’re having coffee, and the convenience of the gorgeous river access minutes away. The kitchen is so well stocked that making a fantastic dinner was like being in my kitchen at home. Tom is such a wonderful host, very communicative and detail oriented that the check in and check out process is a breeze. We truly have come to love this Casita!! I hope you’ll enjoy this place as much as we have and it becomes a part of your annual summer vacation like it has ours.

Came here with my partner for my birthday. We had so many plans to go do things for example going to San Antonio. We decided just to stay and relax after getting to the bunkhouse. We enjoyed the privacy, the peaceful surroundings and all of the nature. Loved the set up of the house. It was a very cozy vibe, and it was lovely to be able to take a bath and that huge tub water was definitely hot and enjoyable. Seeing all of the animals was such a plus the sunsets are breathtaking. We even got to experience a little storm and that was awesome being Stuck in the house watching a movie and just enjoying our time. Would definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re wanting to get away from the city life. We would definitely come back. Also the town Boerne was very cool. Had a lot to do for it being a small town we recommend trying the huge cinnamon roll the size of your face at Richter Bakhaus. Relaxing in the pool with that view is something we miss and hope to experience again soon

Place was amazing but it is a smart house. We had trouble with the TV and lights hooking it up on our phones. The TV wanted us to download an app and add a credit card. The outside was amazing, especially the hot tub. Only down fall was the storm knocked the outside lights out so we swam in the dark. Overall, it was amazing!

We had an amazing time at this house in Kerrville. The photographs of this house just don’t do it justice - It’s even better in person. The location is 10 minutes max from town and has the most lovely views from the backyard. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals from scratch- probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The beds are very comfortable. The living space was roomy and had such interesting artwork. The back porch was a delight to sit out on any time of day. The pool was a little chilly the weekend we were there but that’s just because a big storm system had gone through the night before. We still had a fun afternoon in the pool. If you are not there in the height of summer and want to swim, you might want to consider paying to heat the pool- but remember that you need to do that in advance. We would highly recommend this rental home and hope to return.

Beautiful peaceful place to stay, loved the jacuzzi tub and the bed was very comfortable. The fire pit was a perfect touch for the clear nights to see the full moon and the stars. We loved our stay!! We will definitely be back.

Great get away ! If you are looking for a private and peaceful place to stay, this is it ! Not just that but Cathy and Tim were very helpful and very fast to solve anything we were wondering about. Kids had a blast at the pool and not to mention looking at goats & deers running around the property. This place felt so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. Definitely going back soon ! The setting was serene, the home was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully designed to help you truly relax and let go of any stress you walked in with. The farmhouse exceeded all expectations. Honestly, our favorite day of the trip was the one where we didn’t leave the property—we just stayed put and soaked it all in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows were amazing, and the outdoor space (including the pool!) was everything we could’ve hoped for. There’s not a single thing I would change. We will absolutely be back, and I recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking for a peaceful, restorative getaway. Simply perfect.

From the time my family arrived to the house we were satisfied, left easy instructions for everything we needed in the house. Was attentive to us when we needed it. My kids and I made memories on this vacation will definitely be back to use this Airbnb again!

This is a lovely home with many amenities and great space! The home is located at the end of a very quiet, small road, and is just a few blocks away from main roads. Kristin was friendly and helpful, start to finish, and we had a great stay!
