Lake side house rentals in Center Hill Lake

searched for a peaceful private tucked away spot for a short getaway and this place was perfect and provided all we needed. it's proximity to town and fun along with its price point checks all the boxes. the house is well furnished and all the needs are met and well thought out. Ours was a short stay but given more time we would have had the opportunity to take advantage of all the place has to offer. the only negative there was for us was being just the two of us that television upstairs would have been nice but I understand the positives that set up creates for larger families staying. can't wait to find an opportunity to come stay again. thanks for a nice weekend!

This is THE place to be. It’s very close to local scenery and it’s perfect for a large group of friends. The neighborhood is quiet and the houses are far enough apart. We will definitely coming back! Everything in this house works well, nothing is broken and all the instructions we needed were clearly stated. It’s perfect! Definitely stay here if you can. If you’re on the fence about booking this place, THIS is your sign to go ahead and do it!

We had a great stay in Jeremy’s place! It was clean, well stocked, and the communication was excellent!

The stay was excellent, but here are 2 things that we noticed once we arrived. 1. The driveway is not meant for low riding vehicles. The hump at the top of the driveway going down to the 2nd level was hitting the bottom of our rental (chrysler pacifica), so we stayed in front of the red barn and walked down. (Harder walk going up with suitcases). I just wanted to share this information. 2. There are lights at the base of the 2nd level along the steps that lead to the cabin, but they were not working so it was extremely dark at night trying to get to the cabin. We used our flashlights on our phones so just be aware especially if you have smaller kids. Other then these 2 things, everything was great. The water was too cold to swim, but we were able to sit in the hammocks on the deck most of the time and listen to the birds and enjoy the cooler weather.

For the purpose of our trip which was to take in 6 or 7 waterfalls, it was a perfect location. Cane Creek Falls, Rockhouse Falls, Fall Creek Falls and Piney Falls are within minutes of this Cottage. This was spacious place with a wonderful wrap-around porch. The Wifi worked well and have pretty good reach outside as well. Plenty of wood was there for use for the fire pit. The HVAC system cooled the place with ease. Definitely a private location. Other than cars passing by, we saw no one. Ha. There is a Dollar General about 10 miles away, so you need to plan ahead for getting groceries there. These are curve mountain roads, so you don't get anywhere quickly, but we expected that. We didn't use the hot tub, but there was one there in good working order. There were string lights up and down, so when it got dark, there was no problem seeing your way around. We really enjoyed this location and would reserve it again if we visited this area in the future. Thanks for the great stay!

We loved our stay in the Tiny Shiny Retreat. My daughter wanted to going camping to celebrate her 5th birthday and was so excited about staying in the Tiny Shiny Retreat with bunk beds. The camper was decorated beautifully and felt like a special getaway. We went to Center Hill Lake, did some fishing and swimming, went to Burgess Falls State Park to hike, grilled out at the camp site, had s’mores, birthday cake, and just enjoyed being outside. My daughter said it was the, “best birthday ever!” Thank you for helping make her birthday special! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved the cabin!! Beautiful views from the decks!! We got to do a little night fishing as well as daytime fishing. Brooke responded quickly and was very helpful with instructions finding the cabin!! We will definitely be back for more fishing adventures! We would have definitely used the kayaks if the water levels had been a little higher and if it wouldn’t have rained so much!

The Eagles Nest was completely what and where I needed. A perfect getaway, off the beaten path, with a partial view of Center Hill Lake. Ample windows to take in the outdoors. White, wainscot walls with a high, painted wood plank ceiling complemented by anchor grey architectural hardware. Tastefully decorated with modern appliances (no gaudy oversized chocolate-brown sofa or fake leather rocker/recliner). Everything was fresh, clean, and comfortable. I didn’t need somewhere close to restaurants or shopping, only tranquillity. The Eagle’s Nest provided that and more. Thanks, Kalista and Kevin.

Captain's Quarters was a great place for a peaceful weekend retreat. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Our favorite part was the screened porch overlooking the lake - what a view and a great place to relax. Caitlin was very responsive and proactive in providing instructions and ideas for things to do locally. I highly recommend Captain's Quarters.

My husband and I and another couple had a great MDW stay in this beautiful container home! If you love to be outside, relaxing, this is the place to be! We started our days at the top deck, then moved to the 2nd floor deck for afternoon drinks at the bar. We ate dinner in the screened in porch and when a rain storm came through. It’s the perfect space to enjoy a meal or be outside even when the weather isn’t perfect. Then finished the night out by the fire pit! The view is gorgeous and it is very peaceful. Andrew was super responsive and we had no issues. Would definitely recommend this property!

We were in town for my son’s wedding and needed to check in early and Hunter was very accommodating to us! The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful sitting on the Caney Fork River! Thank you for sharing your house with us ❤️

We stayed at Michelle and Rocky’s place as a group of 9 adults. I mentioned we would be there for a birthday party and Michelle graciously offered to decorate for the occasion. They were very communicative and kind. The house is the most stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. They had every kitchen appliance and basic supplies necessary for a big group. We made fresh ice cream in their ice cream maker, kayaked and paddle boarded daily, used the sauna and hot tub as well. The big dining room table was great for gathering around at meal times.

We loved our stay here! The community pool and hot tub were great. The only drawback Is there is no place for everyone to eat together since there is no dining room table!

Excellent place for a large group. Our family really had a nice time here.

The view is stunning, and the house is well-appointed with quality furnishings. The living couch is most comfortable, and it was helpful that we didn't have to bring a high chair and other toddler items. We enjoyed our stay.

We decided to treat my son to a graduation trip and had an awesome time this week at this beautiful lake house! We wanted to stay on Center Hill Lake because my son and his friends love to kayak, fish and enjoy the boats at the marina. They were able to do all three. The pool table, ping-pong table and hot tub were a big plus. The basement/game room area was perfect for a group of kids because the door to the main floor separates them from the rest of the house so they can have fun and not worry about being too loud. The garage doors were so fun and allowed for fresh air each day while they played pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable which is a big plus for me. The views are amazing and the community is peaceful and quiet. The pool was perfect and the grill was just what we needed for burgers and steaks. Aaron was a great host! Super helpful and quick to respond. Book a trip soon! You will love it!

The Evergreen lodge was a wonderful stay for our group that went on a hiking trip. All the amenities listed were there plus more! Everything you could need was there. Very responsive and helpful with instructions as well. Beautiful views with a peaceful environment.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Well described location to get to with pictures of front gate. Thank you for that so helpful. I had a great and fun stay. The nearby waterfall we went to was beautiful and can not wait to come back to see more of the local nature. The host was extremely helpful with suggestion of sites and very responsive to questions. Lake N Logs was the perfect weekend getaway for our group! Everything was exactly as described—actually, even better. The photos didn’t do it justice—the views were absolutely incredible. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, and the space was cozy, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Faye was wonderful to communicate with and made everything seamless. We had zero issues and absolutely no complaints. It was the relaxing, peaceful, and much-needed weekend of reconnection we were all hoping for. Highly recommend!
