Hello, I am Faustine, 18 years old, soon 38, I will be delighted to welcome you to my home at the 3-star "Manhattan" in July 2025. You will have full access to the premises and will find all the comforts possible, secure parking included in the residence. There are two beds, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, all of which can accommodate up to four people in a quiet residence, the accommodation is 12 minutes from Bordeaux center by tram-bus-car.

Very quiet street, but a few steps from the tram (Paul Doumer station) and all amenities. The building is a small classic stone building; the apartment, on the garden side, has large windows. It is located on the road to the castles, close to MARGAUX, and its classified great vintages. It consists of a pleasant 20 m² room offering all the necessary comforts (kitchenette, living room, large 160 bed, shower room and toilet, linen provided). You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance.
