Our loving apartment for 2-4 people is in a quiet residential area, right on the edge of the forest. The 3-room apartment includes a balcony, as well as a parking space. Bicycles can be adjusted. Despite the quiet location in the southern heath, our location offers a comfortable starting point for sports and leisure activities. Culture and history enthusiasts will find plenty of excursion opportunities in the area. And of course, nature lovers will get their money's worth with us in the heath.

Your oasis in the middle of Hanover

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. Lovingly furnished 1.5 room studio apartment, which is about 45 square meters, with views of forest, meadow and fields. The apartment has its own car parking space, separate apartment entrance, its own kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, dishwasher and dish towels. A bathroom with shower Shower towels, hand towels and hair dryer are provided. Shopping is sufficiently available in nearby Bergen.

In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

Large "little house"

The property is located separately in the “Little House,” a complete, detached house just for you, with its own parking space. During your stay, you're the only users. There is a large double bed, a table for breakfast or the writing stuff, and you can put your belongings in a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a double hot plate.

Our house offers complete comfort on 2 floors, consisting of 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for up to 8 people. This Swedish style house has a private garden with lounge furniture and an outdoor sauna which is only available for the residents.
