We had a wonderful stay at Bruno’s apartment! Communication was seamless — Bruno was responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The location is perfect: quiet, central, and close to everything you might need. Just a heads-up for fellow travelers: the beds are closer in size to what would be considered a “twin” in North America. They're a bit tight for two adults, especially if you're on the taller or broader side. Thankfully, there were two bedrooms with separate beds, which worked great for us. The shower is also on the smaller side, so if you're over 1.80 m (around 5’11”), it might feel a bit snug — though that’s more about our size than the apartment itself. All in all, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks so much, Bruno!

Wow!! What a gorgeous house, so peaceful, beautifully and tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. The back garden and surrounding town is stunning. Thank you Anabela, your hosting, thoughtful gifts and quick communication made our first night in Portugal a highlight. Wish we had stayed longer, will definitely return if we come back to Portugal!

Well placed for activities in the surrounding area Car required even to go to the beach downstairs ( we went down on foot….. we had to go up🤪) Monica and her brother are very friendly and welcoming. The house is a little wet (weather conditions require) air conditioners in all the rooms. Very nice and pretty house. The small bakery /bar/ tobacconist 100 meters away is a plus. The restaurant opposite also at 100 meters is another plus. I would recommend this house without hesitation.👍👍👍

We stayed at Casa Rosaria for a week and really enjoyed it. We used it as a base to explore the region and many places of interest were 30-40 minutes away in various different directions. The renovation was beautifully done and the space looks like it's straight out of the pages of a design magazine. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with everything we needed. Sarah and Steve were friendly and knowledgeable hosts and we highly recommend Casa Rosaria at Chumbaria.

Apartment 2 steps from the waterfront, bars, restaurants, not far from the funicular that drops you off on the heights of the north beach (surf). Ideally located rental. Of course we recommend this 2-level accommodation, 👍🏼

We loved our month’s stay at Arlinda’s place - a house full of art and history - especially appreciated Arlinda’s creative use of driftwood and branches that made for functional and interesting spaces - 3 outdoor spaces! Her home is right outside the castle walls, easy to walk into the center -

Perfect! We loved the house and the area. Easy check-in and check-out, and the house had everything we needed. Rita and her husband brought firewood to use for the fireplace which made our stay extra comfortable. Definitely recommend

We were very satisfied, especially the great garden and billiards room were great. The house is in a very quiet area, you could listen to the birds chirping. Overall a very spacious place to stay, we were satisfied.

We had a great and relaxing stay, totally enjoyed the pool, the great space, huge TV, WiFi - and Jacqueline is such a friendly host! It’s a perfect base for doing windsports in the lagoon (with a car). There is a huge play room for kids, too!

The house corresponds exactly to the pictures. The pool was really heated, which is always a positive surprise (often the ad promises heated pool but then does not materialize). The house was very well prepared to accommodate eight guests, at the level of living areas, crockery and towels. But it would be helpful to have a bathroom with extra shower. Communication with the host was very easy. We could have a late check out at an affordable price. The São Martinho do Porto area is beautiful, and very close to the house we had fantastic views of the bay.

This was my first time driving in Portugal, and unfortunately, I got lost. Manuel was waiting at the house the whole time and patiently guided me on how to drive. In the end, I arrived safely, and I’m very grateful to Mr. Manuel.

Antje’s Airbnb is just a dream! We are three friends who went for the second time and fell in love with the house all over again. Just an hour away from Lisbon Airport, it's easy to reach and yet feels remote and completely private. The pool is absolutely amazing – we spent most days sunbathing there, having lunch under the pergola outside, and chilling in the comfortable living room in the evening. A paradise to unwind and fully relax. Antje is an amazing host, and we want to come back ASAP!

The apartment has stunning views of Nazare, it’s ideally situated for the amazing views & a 10 minute walk to the beach where there are lots of great restaurants. Carlos communicated promptly and provided suggestions of restaurants in Nazare prior to our arrival. The apartment was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and we enjoyed our 5 day stay. We visited Nazare during Christmas holiday and was very satisfied with the location and hospitality from Carlos and his assistant. The apartment is in the quieter place of the town and easily accessible to get into the busy area. It’s very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The heaters and WiFi worked very well and made us comfortable when we stayed inside. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Schermin's place is really lovely, clean, neat, well decorated, and located right next to the square with the church and ocean view point in sitio. It's also a short walk both to the Nazare beach and to the North beach, and very close to the the big wave spot. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. But still it's very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The communication with Schermin is also smooth and clear, there are plenty of nice features in the house such as desk for working, nice couches both downstairs and upstairs, and a lovely washing and drying machine that does its job well. There is a dehumidifier if it gets too moist and plenty of heaters in the house for the winter. The bed is very comfortable as well. I felt very comfortable, relaxed and at home during my stay.
