Gaviotas in the Sand

This spacious and luxurious, brand new two-bedroom home has a spectacular view to the ocean. In clear days you can even see the Island of Vieques. Las Gaviotas (The Seagulls) gated community is peaceful and safe. The home was built by a retired Navy Officer who sailed the world in the 50-60’s and fought in WWII. His home reminded him of his sailing days. You can seat outside to admire the ocean or have some night life at the Marina located near at the other side of the road.

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the middle of a 40 acre private property with peaceful ambiance. We have very friendly farm dogs that are loose and will interact with guests. Seasonal fruits when available (mango, avocados, breadfruit, guava, coconuts, starfruit). You will be serenated by birds during the day and coquis at night! 5 min access to highway #53. Near beaches, marinas, restaurants, ferry to Culebra and Vieques islands and Roosevelt Roads Airport.

Stylish 1 bedroom apartment with fully stocked kitchen and large bathroom. No power outage worries, back up solar power system. Hot tub on the property. Located 1 block from marina Puerto del Rey with restaurants/bars and many boat rentals and excursion options. If you don't like crowded beaches, Playa Los Machos is 2 miles away. Near el Yunque rain forest, Luquillo beach, Las Croabas/bioluminescent bay, and many of the north eastern secluded beaches.

The accommodation is a "Garden" apartment, very cool, with a panoramic view in all areas of it, from any space you can enjoy the view of the ocean, mountains, Vieques island, Culebra and other cays. It is minutes away driving to renowned beaches such as "Seven Seas Beach", it is also located near the Ferry Terminal and Ceiba airport. It has many restaurants and bars nearby for all tastes.
