The house corresponds exactly to the listing, the space is good, the street is quiet and access is easy. I was impressed with how well-equipped the house was, it had a coffee maker, several pots, and all the kitchen items that are needed for much more than the house can hold lol The deck is well-equipped, with a bucket and a holder for drinks and glasses, as well as another with the same function, but to be used in the pool. The house is well maintained and has details such as fine screens in the vents to keep mosquitoes out. We were 2 couples with 2 children, but the women and children arrived first and the little angel who delivers the key answered me quickly and waited for me with everything already on, including the freezer. Very attentive, she showed me the entire house and was available to help if necessary. Communication with her and the owner was very easy. We loved the stay, unfortunately we only spent one night, but we felt at home and the kids loved it, because the pool is in the shade right after lunch!

Débora was super attentive, as well as her collaborator Mr. Jorge. The atmosphere is very pleasant and very well located. I want to go back more often!!!!

This house is worth every penny. It is exactly as it is in the description, if you doubt even much better. I've been to Icapuí three times and this was undoubtedly the best house I've ever stayed. Comfortable, very clean, has everything in the kitchen that's needed. Sitting down, near the beach, brings some differences in the routine, you only climb the buggy or the staircase, it is important to take inputs and plan in relation to the climbs. It has a Freitas market that delivers the shopping in its own house and on Saturday there was also a boy selling fish, shrimp and lobster on the beach in front of the house as well. We made the boat trip with RD, too good people and Felinho, it was the one responsible for the buggy that took us for the tour and for lunch, super sweet and good people too! It is well worth trying your stay in Picos near the beach! You can go without fear.

Wonderful weekend I spent in the cottage, I felt at home, super comfortable accommodation, the pool is beyond words. I loved every minute I spent, the Hostess was very attentive, she took care of every detail. Thank you!! I hope to be back very soon.

Great location, very close to downtown Carazinho, but the place is quite reserved and quiet. Everything in the house was exactly as shown in the photos. One thing that impressed us was that every day the caretaker would clean the pool, put chlorine in it and leave it impeccable for the current day, this made all the difference. All rooms impeccable. Kitchen with all appliances and the ambient sound worked perfectly. Hostess Izabelli is always available to answer any questions and help us whenever requested. We love and recommend it!

The house is even better than in the photos, it is beautiful, cozy, everything is very clean and organized, Vinicius, who received us, is very polite and helpful. I just missed floor and sink cloths to keep the house clean, I also missed more clothes hangers. But nothing too much. In the general context, the house exceeds expectations.

Beautiful, organized and clean accommodations. It has a full kitchen and a perfect view of the beach. I definitely recommend it. The garage only fits a medium-sized car, but that's not a problem. Very helpful host and always wanting to know if everything was okay. I recommend it.

Second time at Felipe's place! I have returned and will return as many times as I can for the sea view, the wonderful beach, the Aqua service, the access to Beach Park and the apartment's amenities.

Very well-equipped kitchen (cutlery, quality dishes, microwave, Airfryer, refrigerator, purifier, sandwich maker and even electric barbecue), comfortable bedroom and large bathroom. Balcony with great sea views and far from the pool's movement. Air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom to provide thermal comfort on hot days. TV in the living room and bedroom with many channels. Wi-fi works very well I recommend the home The resort is complete, very friendly staff and a very positive point was the possibility of entering the Beach Park before the general public. We went on a Monday and the park was quiet.

A beautiful, compact, apartment at a really lovely beach!

Great stay and as advertised. Clean, organized, well-located and quiet apartment. Comfortable bed, shower with hot water, wifi with good speed, great for working and the condominium also has a grocery store. A nice touch was having an air fryer in the kitchen, which helped even more in practicality. I think of coming back more often.

Our stay at Manoel's apartment was great! He was very proactive before, during, and after our stay. He gave us directions to places to go and allowed us to check in in advance. The location at Praia das Fontes is excellent: quiet, clean and perfect for relaxing with the family. The property is well equipped, clean and very cozy, with everything working perfectly. The balcony with a panoramic view was our favorite corner! The hostess was attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Undoubtedly a place to go back and recommend!

The accommodation met expectations, I already know the region well, I knew exactly where the place was, so this made the choice easier. The apartment has all the basic utensils of a regular residence, so we made our own breakfast, lunch and dinner. Excellent location and the condominium has a pool and other attractions. One suggestion would be a better internet connection, or maybe the same one at the time could be fluctuating a lot. Anyway, I found the perfect accommodation for a couple to stay comfortably! But if more people go, the sofa is extremely comfortable and easily accommodates one more person.

Great place! We went with two small children and it was great. We were provided with a crib and it worked out great. The infrastructure is great for kids and the sea is great for all ages.
