Apartment vacation rentals in Cazouls-lès-Béziers

This apartment is small (really only two rooms and the bathroom) but centrally located - it was easy walking distance to everywhere in the old part of Béziers, and close to the bus routes. 10-15 minute walk to the train station (or take the bus). The apartment was very clean, and well equipped. There was no oven, but there is a two burner induction stove in the small kitchen area, a microwave, toaster oven, and a good sized fridge. Kettle, toaster and coffee-maker were also provided. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The couch is a futon, so not too comfortable to sit on. Otherwise the place is quiet, the bed was comfortable, there was heating and air conditioning, and two tv's . The windows open directly onto the street, so you see and hear passersby when they are open - but that is part of the charm of living in the old part of town. Couldn't ask for a better location.

Accommodation as described, clean and well arranged, the sea view is a real asset, as well as the playroom which delighted our 4-year-old daughter. In addition, our hosts were very welcoming and allowed us to arrive a little earlier, thank you again for everything. We would definitely recommend this listing.

The apartment is very well arranged with magnificent views of Lake Lémans. The city center is within walking distance by a waterfront promenade. We recommend.

Wonderful Airbnb in a charming non-touristy French village. A 1 minute walk to the town square. Very comfortable. Responsive hosts. Highly recommend this place!

Followed a workshop in Olargues and loved coming back to studio in the evening. Studio was great: nicely decorated, well equipped and clean. Laura was always ready to help out with anything I needed.

from the Gare(train station) to the front door was probably a nice 15minutes carrying a 35lb checked bag and a carry on...i went thru the Parc de Poetes--a beautiful park right across the Gare and on the opposite of the street from the apartment...pizza on the ground floor, butcher right next door serving great Moroccan marinated meats and other foods. tons of drug stores, grocery stores, atms, eyeglass shops a plenty and gobs of cafes, bistros, restaurants as soon as you walk out the door. i walk a lot!! and all over and at 74 and a skinny guy, i felt very safe and didn't look over my shoulder or crossed the street. as for the apartment itself, the a/c is great, there are 3 operable sky windows and for the small unit, the a/c worked as it should. i used it during the cold months feb-mar. everything worked as needed and the bed is very comfy...i would hope that they get a couple of knives that can actually cut and maybe stock good salt and pepper. Beautiful old house, great to have use of the garden

Very nice apartment with a small balcony ideal for enjoying the magnificent view of the village and the surrounding hills. We had a lot of friendly exchanges with our host who gave us lots of good advice . Very nice walks or bike rides in the area so ideal for an extended weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, totally as described and shown in the photos. Very well-equipped, comfortable, the terrace is always sunny, the veranda luxurious and a beautiful view of the Canal du Midi. The host is welcoming (welcome gifts), available and friendly. Hi, We spent practically a pleasant week (from April 30 to May 3, 2025). We were very well received by Nicolas who is very friendly and is always reachable if needed. The listing is as described, nothing is missing. The view is awesome from the apartment and the rooftop which is very well appointed. The 2 garages are very convenient. We are happy to come back.
