Rustic Lakefront cottage in Hamilton, NY. Private dock, paddle boat included (float in lake not ours). Cottage is not insulated but has a propane heating stove. In case of very cold weather bring a space heater. 4 bedrooms (rooms have curtains instead of doors). 5 beds plus futon on enclosed porch. Has WIFI. Full kitchen, dining room and bath with shower. Grill provided. Sheets and towels, pillows, blankets provided. Guests provide paper towels, toilet paper, food, etc,

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
