Cottage vacation rentals in Cazalla de la Sierra

We picked it up to escape the routine, and we were quite surprised by everything, both the house, and the place it was located (in the middle of the mountain), and the kindness of the hosts. It's a very cozy place and helps to disconnect a lot of things. We don't have any sticks, we'll be back!!

We went to the country house with friends and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The idea that the bedrooms are downstairs and the rest of the rooms in the house are upstairs seemed very good to us for those who wanted to rest. Everything was very clean and the house is as shown in the listing. Alejandro is very friendly and gave us perfect directions to get there and to the parking area, since it's a small town and not all the streets are suitable for parking. Besides, the village is beautiful. We will definitely be back !!!

Marcos welcomed us great, explained and showed us around the house, and offered for any questions/needs that came up. The house is great to take advantage of a few days with friends, both in the summer (with the pool and barbecue with lots of shade), and in winter (living room with fireplace and porch in the sun). And the beautiful environment, right next to the Huéznar and with the center of the village with everything you need a stroll or 5 min drive. We'll be back for sure.

This is a beautiful little house at the centre of a traditional white village. It is situated on a tiny square with a tiny hermitage opposite within walking distance of several great value bars and restaurants as well as a couple of small supermarkets. It is well located for walking etc in the nearby natural parks or trips to Cordoba and Seville (don't miss the hidden gem that is Castille de Almodovar del Rio - the real life Highgarden from Game of Thrones!). The house itself is spotlessly clean, well equipped with a lovely courtyard garden and a great rooftop space for sunbathing or relaxing in the evening. And of course the jacuzzi spa is fabulous. The way it is set out (two pairs of double bedrooms separated by the living area) would make it comfortable for two families to share if they wanted. Though there is no dedicated parking, there are several spaces in the square and if these are full (2 out of 6 nights for us) there is a large free car park at the top of the hill just 2 minutes walk away, which is hardly used. The only slight problem (We liked this!) Is that you will probably be just about the only non Spanish in the village. Be prepared to use Google translate on menus etc, and to be a focus of intense interest to the village kids! Overall, extremely highly recommended for a relaxing retreat away from it all!

Sabine and Juan are the perfect hosts; friendly, responsive, and personal. Their place is a hidden gem with unobstructed views of the nearby town and beautiful surrounding landscape. The large pool and family-friendly facilities ensures everyone’s entertained during their stay. I can’t recommend this place enough

The accommodation is excellent and the service and attention of the staff was even more so. We had a problem with a previous listing as it didn't match the photos or description, we got the money back and we found Antonio's place. We had to take another trip, they took care of us on the same day, very late and made everything very easy for us. The service was professional and very close. The accommodation is perfect and the jacuzzi is impressive, we had everything you need to heat up the jacuzzi and light the fireplace, still, there is heating in all the rooms. We were really comfortable. The village is also very nice, it eats luxury. We'll definitely be back.

The house was exactly as described. Perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. The site is unbeatable for those looking for tranquility. That needs to be clear. As indicated in the listing, the house is located in a small cottage where there are no shops or bars and there is very little internet coverage (at least with my company, orange). Both the house and the surroundings are beautiful and there is the possibility of making very pleasant trails (although unfortunately on this occasion everything was very dry). With Dolores and Enrique we had quick and efficient communication and they were very kind and they were very kind. We'll definitely be back.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming and very understanding about our arrival time. They greeted us warmly and explained everything in detail. The place itself was even better than the photos - spacious both inside and out. Our dog had a blast running around outside with plenty of space to play. For stargazing, this spot is perfect - there's nothing around for kilometres, so it's the ideal place to disconnect while enjoying all the luxuries. We would definitely stay here again!

the space is really fantastic. large living room and spacious bedroom. the garden and pool are fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds. the surroundings are beautiful. definitely recommended

The house is better than it appears on the pictures, with a great living room and a great table. Everything is decorated with pleasure. Carmen and her husband were very nice and made the stay very comfortable for us. They left us a rotisserie and a frying pan and a charcoal barbecue.

What can I say… a little piece of heaven! It was so gorgeous and just what we wanted! The area was beautiful! Met the donkey and horse every day.. collected eggs, squeezed oranges picked from the grove in the garden. House was very well equipped and we loved the outdoor kitchen! Lovely pool which was welcomed as it was 38 degrees! Botolome was so pleasant and helpful! Couldn’t do enough for us.. including booking a taxi back to the airport. A perfect stay! Daniel was very kind and involved with the well-being of our stay. The house matched the photos and the environment was very quiet. Perfect for a friend getaway. In addition, Daniel gave us a lot of information about what to do during the stay to enjoy it even more. I would repeat without hesitation!

Daniel and host Maria welcome you very warmly in their spacious house. We had a great time with 5, one of which is a baby! Everything is available, in the village there are plenty of amenities and restaurants..You are a 25-minute drive from the fantastic city of Seville and other nice day trips. Totally top! Oh yes, the pool is lovely and clean. Pnze daughters had a perfect time.

Anything I can say falls short of the reality. The house is very cute, tastefully decorated, which makes it especially cozy. After visiting Seville and Cordoba with their consequent walks, it was super comforting to arrive at Cerro Luna, get comfortable and be able to warm up with the different heat pump appliances located in all the rooms. The living room has a very comfortable sofa and a large TV to relax. Something I must emphasize and that for me is fundamental, is the comfort of the beds and the quality of the bedding. What's it like to get into quality cotton 💯 sheets? For me, it's always been very important... The house has everything you could possibly need. The terrace area with artificial grass and a barbecue with armchairs and a table, where we could enjoy a meal on the outdoor barbecue, made the experience complete. Olga helped us and was attentive to all our needs. I definitely recommend it. 💯 THANK YOU 🫂

Juan Antonio and Mercedes' country house has an excellent location. It is very well equipped and they left us some things that are appreciated such as coffee, milk, water, oil, salt. The village is very quiet and its people are very friendly. The hiking trails in the countryside are wonderful. The fireplace is a luxury. Very good communication.

fantastic place to disconnect surrounded by nature, nice views of a green valley with some horses in the background, the owner is very friendly and attentive at all times, we arrived late because we caught the trip and it was due that we arrived well, a clean place that you can breathe a lot of tranquility, I would recommend it for a group of friends with family since there are three homes, a pity that did not give us time to do some of the routes that the owner sent us, they had a good look

We were very comfortable! We were 6 friends to spend the end … the environment is beautiful, very quiet and perfect for hiking. Rafael welcomed us with the fireplace lit, and left us some firewood, it was a detail. The house has the essentials to be comfortable. We couldn't enjoy the patio outside because it rained, but it was very nice and cared for. We would definitely come back.

Antonio has a beautiful (and spacious house) with a stunning view. We had a great time there and Antonio was a wonderful host who made check-in and check-in easy.
