Monthly Rentals in Cayos Las Ballenas

This place was a great find, in the middle of town but still very peaceful and quiet! Miguel was an amazing host, and super responsive!

We stayed for a little over a month in Edwin's home located in a residence of 5 buildings consisting of 4 apartments each. Quiet from Monday to Thursday, a little livelier from Friday to Sunday. The residence is secure. The apartment is small but very clean and well-equipped. I was telecommuting and in video meetings regularly and never had a problem with the WIFI, it works perfectly even during small power outages. Speaking of electricity, it's included in the rental price which is rare in LT so an additional positive point. The accommodation is a 2-minute walk from the waterfront and restaurants. About 7-8 minutes from Playa Punta Poppy and a little further from Playa Las Ballenas. The nearest supermarket is about a 20-minute walk away. Edwin and his assistant Daniel are reliable and communicate very well, they care about your well-being. 10/10 on the overall experience!!!!

Second time back at Cedric’s apartment, this time brought my folks with us. They loved it too. The location is fantastic- short walk to the beach and grocery stores, several restaurants, coffee shops, liquor store. But my favorite part is that it’s modern and SO well lit. This won’t be our last time! Thanks Cedric!
