Great stay! The apartment is really fun and unique. Beautiful view of Misti! Quiet neighborhood next to a park. Right next to UNSA’s campus, which was perfect for our needs. WIFI worked really well. Yesica was very communicative and kind.

It was the first time I visited Arequipa and I couldn't be happier to have stayed in Yomar's apartment. From days before my trip, Yomar and her husband were attentive to me and my requests, they were always ready to help me, they provided useful directions and recommendations. The apartment is as shown in the photos, very clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. One of the things I liked the most and miss the most, without a doubt, were the views from inside the apartment and the roof. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely come back. Honestly, everything is very good, the proximity to banks, restaurants and many services that exist in the area. A very, very quiet neighborhood and first-class security. Jhey is always attentive to everything, which made our stay easier, I would always come back.

Nice place, very safe and pleasant. Gianpiere was always attentive and willing to help, the photos are just as the apartment is, a good recommendation to stay for those visiting the city, as it is in a place with very easy access to the city.

Beautiful place, a nice location on the ground floor, and just off a nice courtyard with a roof garden easily reached. close to the river and downtown. Very close to a large market and other things. The host was responsive yet the entry from the street required a key which of course one does not have at check-in. This was solved with the host coming on-site yet this was probably an inconvenience for her. There was an attendant yet reaching him was not clear and we had to wait until the host contacted them directly. However, everything was very nice and the Host Gigi made a special trip on our behave. The apartment is very large and clean. One of the best showers in all of Peru!! Great place and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked yet we could not learn how to turn on the electric stove and maybe an instruction sheet would be a good addition. Good place for a central quiet stay for a couple.

It was a pleasure to stay here, everything was very neat and clean, a comfortable atmosphere and above all, it was what we were looking for for a little girl. I loved it.

Digital nomads dream. Beautiful views, great desk setup, fast internet and spacious apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable and enjoyed the extra large tv at night. Super safe area and lots of great cheap eats within a short walk. I rarely crosses the river into cento because the area is less touristy which I loved. Host was very responsive and very helped over my 2 weeks stay.

It is the best accommodation to be in Arequipa, it is downtown, it is comfortable, it is cozy, very close to the Señor de la Caña and shopping malls, it is as described in photos, and of course we would stay again!! 100% recommended!!!

My stay at Roxana and Yasmin’s place was very comfortable and I would highly recommend it! Yasmin was very helpful with local recommendations and communicated very well from the outset. The studio was sunny, very comfortable and well-equipped with appliances such as a washing machine, which came in handy as I needed to do laundry after the Colca Canyon trek. The location is convenient as well, just a 10-12 minute walk to Centro. I would stay here again without hesitation!

The apartment is a dream! Everything you need is there (to cook, relax and feel good) You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes and yet the apartment is nice and quiet. The owners live directly in the neighboring house and have a pottery shop. You can also see this on Airbnb. Everything is full of art. It's beautiful. We will be happy to come back anytime!

We really enjoyed our stay! It felt spacious with a lot of storage, the shower was hot, it was walkable to the centre and the area felt safe. Carmen was always really responsive and flexible with check-in times. She also kindly kept our bags for us whilst we did the Colca Canyon hike. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay was good. The location was perfect as it was close to the places we needed to go, just 10 minutes from everything. Our host was very friendly and always attentive. He responded super fast and helped us with check-in and check-out.

This was an amazing place to stay, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative. One of the bedrooms had a stunning view of Volcán Misti, especially beautiful at sunset, while the others also offered great views of the surrounding mountains. I stayed here with my family, and the home had everything we needed. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing stay. It was easy to catch a taxi just outside, or we could walk about five minutes to the main road. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, the hosts responded quickly and kindly accommodated us for an extra night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great apartment, amazing views all around. Host was responsive. Beds comfy. Nice breeze from all the windows cooled down the house at night. Only thing I wish there was more of was kitchens utensils, pots and crockery as this was limited and made cooking a bit harder during our stay.
