Me hospedé junto a mi familia por una semana, lugar muy tranquilo y cálido. La ubicación céntrica y fácil acceso. El check out muy flexible ya que mi vuelo era a las 7pm y Andrea muy amable me dejó quedar mas hrs. Sin duda alguna me volvería a hospedar aquí cuando regrese a Arequipa. Lo recomiendo a mil

Great stay! The apartment is really fun and unique. Beautiful view of Misti! Quiet neighborhood next to a park. Right next to UNSA’s campus, which was perfect for our needs. WIFI worked really well. Yesica was very communicative and kind.

Lo recomendamos al 100%, hemos tenido una estancia muy tranquila y muy cómoda. Fui con mi familia y todos se sintieron muy a gusto. El estacionamiento para nuestro vehículo estuvo bastante bien. Se encuentra en una zona muy segura y tranquila. Agradecemos a Ceci toda las facilidades brindadas. Sin duda volveremos.

Fue la primera vez que visité Arequipa y no puedo estar más feliz de haberme quedado en el departamento de Yomar. Desde días antes de mi viaje, Yomar y su esposo estuvieron atentos a mí y a mis peticiones, siempre estuvieron prestos a ayudarme, brindaron indicaciones y recomendaciones útiles. El departamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio, cómodo, seguro y silencioso. Una de las cosas que más me gustó y más extraño, sin duda, fueron las vistas desde dentro del departamento y la azotea. Recomiendo completamente el alojamiento y volvería indudablemente. ¡Gracias, Yomar!

Sinceramente todo muy bien, la cercanía a bancos, restaurantes y muchos servicios que existen por la zona. Un barrio muy muy tranquilo y la seguridad de primera. Jhey siempre atenta a todo, lo cual facilito nuestra estadía, volvería siempre.

Bonito lugar, muy seguro y agradable. Gianpiere siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto a ayudar, las fotos son tal cual está el departamento, una buena recomendación para quedarse a quien este de visita por la ciudad, ya que se encuentra en un lugar con muy fácil acceso a la ciudad.

Beautiful place, a nice location on the ground floor, and just off a nice courtyard with a roof garden easily reached. close to the river and downtown. Very close to a large market and other things. The host was responsive yet the entry from the street required a key which of course one does not have at check-in. This was solved with the host coming on-site yet this was probably an inconvenience for her. There was an attendant yet reaching him was not clear and we had to wait until the host contacted them directly. However, everything was very nice and the Host Gigi made a special trip on our behave. The apartment is very large and clean. One of the best showers in all of Peru!! Great place and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked yet we could not learn how to turn on the electric stove and maybe an instruction sheet would be a good addition. Good place for a central quiet stay for a couple.

Fue un placer hospedarme aquí, todo muy ordenado y limpio, un ambiente cómodo y sobre todo acorde de lo que buscábamos por una niña pequeña. Me encantó.

Digital nomads dream. Beautiful views, great desk setup, fast internet and spacious apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable and enjoyed the extra large tv at night. Super safe area and lots of great cheap eats within a short walk. I rarely crosses the river into cento because the area is less touristy which I loved. Host was very responsive and very helped over my 2 weeks stay.

Es el mejor alojamiento para estar en Arequipa, es céntrico,, es cómodo, es acogedor ,muy cerca al señor de la Caña y a centros comerciales , es tal como describe en fotos, y por supuesto que nos volveríamos a alojar!!, 100% recomendado!!!

My stay at Roxana and Yasmin’s place was very comfortable and I would highly recommend it! Yasmin was very helpful with local recommendations and communicated very well from the outset. The studio was sunny, very comfortable and well-equipped with appliances such as a washing machine, which came in handy as I needed to do laundry after the Colca Canyon trek. The location is convenient as well, just a 10-12 minute walk to Centro. I would stay here again without hesitation!

El departamento tiene una excelente ubicación, tienes buenos restaurantes, cafés y atractivos turísticos a solo unos minutos caminando. La zona es tranquila y segura. Beatriz estuvo siempre muy atenta a nuestras dudas y cuando tuvimos un inconveniente lo resolvió inmediatamente.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Alles was man braucht ist da (zum kochen, entspannen und wohlfühlen) Man ist in 5 min in die Innenstadt gelaufen und trotzdem ist die Wohnung schön und ruhig. Direkt im Nachbarhaus leben die Besitzer und haben einen töpferladen. Das sieht man auch im Airbnb. Alles ist voll mit Kunst. Es ist wunderschön. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay! It felt spacious with a lot of storage, the shower was hot, it was walkable to the centre and the area felt safe. Carmen was always really responsive and flexible with check-in times. She also kindly kept our bags for us whilst we did the Colca Canyon hike. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Buena estancia en el apartamento. La zona es segura y cuenta con tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. Respuesta rápida por parte de Ana y Andre, ante alguna necesidad. La pasamos muy bien.

Nuestra estadía fue buena. La ubicación estuvo perfecta ya que se encontraba cerca de los lugares a los que teníamos que ir, a tan solo 10 minutos de todo. Nuestro Host fue muy amable y estuvo siempre pendiente. Respondía super rápido y nos ayudó con el check-in y check-out.

This was an amazing place to stay, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative. One of the bedrooms had a stunning view of Volcán Misti, especially beautiful at sunset, while the others also offered great views of the surrounding mountains. I stayed here with my family, and the home had everything we needed. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing stay. It was easy to catch a taxi just outside, or we could walk about five minutes to the main road. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, the hosts responded quickly and kindly accommodated us for an extra night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

El sr Fredy fue muy amable y atento con nosotros, el departamento estaba limpio y ordenado además que queda en una zona tranquila.

Alles in allem war es eine super Unterkunft. Uns hat sowohl die Lage als auch die Raumaufteilung und der Ausblick aus der Wohnung sehr gefallen. Es wäre jedoch für künftige Besucher sehr gut, wenn die Küchenausstattung noch etwas nachgebessert wird. Vor allem die Messer waren leider teilweise sehr stumpf. Wenn man selbst etwas kochen möchte und dabei viel schneiden muss, war es etwas nervig.
