wow an amazing appartment, Karla is no à nice host and the appartment is very very clean very easy to go to thecentro historico in 15 minutes by walk. the area is very safe and the residence is very secure I do not hésitate to come back at the appartment if I have to come in Arequipa.

Very nice little place, good for 2, with garden (table and seats available), very good equipped even for longer stays, bedroom is upstairs, in an area of private houses; taxi into towncenter is only a few Soles, but also the busstop is only 7 min. walk way. Cute little and friendly dog there with the owners/Keepers. Communication was very good and asking for a hairdryer was no problem at all.

We like the apartment , the area is very safe, close to restaurants, shopping malls, excellent option.

The truth is that I was impressed by how well presented the apartment was and how beautiful and safe the condominium was. Jacqueline was very helpful and friendly throughout the check-in and check-out process.

The house is just like the photos, it totally exceeded our expectations, the landscapes and views are spectacular and we were entertained by the alpacas. Highly recommended, if I return to Arequipa I would return anyway.

Great value for money, the accommodation is clean, the location is very nice (a few minutes' walk from Place des Armes). We greatly enjoyed the accommodation (comfortable bed and no discomfort with earplugs) and were able to use the washing machine.

Absolutely recommended. One of the best places I have booked in Airbnb. This beautiful duplex has everything you need, is spacious, comfy, and has good taste. By the other hand, Lily is a wonderful person, very kind, always attentive and willing to help with any issue. Great choice!!!

A cozy, nicely located space would come back again

Andreas place was the nicest and most modern Airbnb I've been in Arequipa. And the best equipped one. And the one with the most comfortable bed. So if you don't mind that it's not walking distance to the historic center, I highly recommend it.

It was very cozy, everything was organized, clean and impeccable, the view from the balcony to the park was surprising and the kindness and cordiality of the owner made this stay a fascinating and repeatable experience.

It is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in. Alejandra is a responsible and friendly host. She gave us flexible check-in and check-out time, and luggage storage. The location of the place is quite nice cause it's within walking distance to the plaza, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. It's a nice stay!

This is an excellent BNB. It is very spacious, uncluttered and comfortable. The wi-fi is excellent. The location is great, just down the street from the short bridge that leads to the Playa de Armas. There was hot water for great showers and a combo washer/dryer unit that was easy to figure out and that worked really well. There's alot to see in and out of Arquipa.

Beautiful apartment, very well located, in a very quiet condominium. It's spacious and the laundry room with a washing machine was great for our stay, the bed and the whole apartment is very comfortable. On the corner you will find a supermarket and very close is the Plaza de Armas from where the Tours, museums and many places to visit leave. Communication was great, we would definitely go back to this accommodation.

I spent two weeks visiting Peru, and this apartment was by far the best. Everything matches the photos, very clean, I recommend it.

Best place to stay when visiting Arequipa. It’s located right off the main strip which has tons of food and shopping. The place is quite and clean and the host is great! I always stay here when I’m visiting!
