We had a kitten in the house, but we took it to Serra Negra, so disregard the positive and negative comments directed at it... The house has a heated swimming pool, which is very warm in the morning. I leave sheets on the beds, bedspreads, and white towels so you don't have to bring them and so you receive them in the best way. Everything to make it a perfect and pleasant stay.

Hotel/condominium fee is R$25.00 per person/night and is only paid for guests over 12 years of age. The fee is mandatory and paid at Check-in, including bed and bath linens. In cases of only one night, the fee is DOUBLED! The flat has a double bed and a trundle bed. We do not accept electrical/electronic appliances of any kind installed in the flat!!!!
