Outside, barbecue and large terrace. Direct access through the living room. Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) are provided. Breakfast is available the day after your arrival Butcher, baker, pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, post office, hairdresser, doctor, press are within a 5-min walk.

Stylish and charming with a lush Mediterranean garden and jewel like pool, the apartment is in a picturesque village with historic buildings going back to the 11th century. The market town of Pezenas is a 12 min drive, and the port town of Meze is a 15 min drive. There is much to explore in the area, beaches, vineyards, stunning scenery, ancient towns and the city of Montpellier 40 min drive away. There are 5 airports 40 -70 mins drive. There is a tennis court in the village - free to use.

Caux is a lively Mediterranean village with a boulangerie, cafes and restaurants, only thirty minutes from the beaches of Metz, Sete and Cap d'Agde. Beautiful vineyards surround this historic village and your apartment rests in a historic winemakers house where you can laze in the shade of a walled stone courtyard and terrace. Fifteen minutes from Caux you can explore the magic of medieval Pézenas with it's Saturday market held amongst the towns ancient buildings, a must for this area.

Located in the charming and peaceful village of Caux, in the heart of the Hérault department, come and enjoy and relax in this new house with all comforts! The accommodation consists of a large living room with open-plan kitchen and sofa bed (real bed x2 seats) a bedroom with double bed, a beautiful bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Outside you will have access to the large swimming pool, which we also have access to, a beautiful terrace area... we look forward to hosting you!

And the best part of the accommodation is its private garden area with a small heated 2-meter by 2-meter pool (maximum 35 degrees) equipped with a balneotherapy system, the pool is exclusively reserved for you and it is not overlooked.
