We had a great time as a family in this charming cottage for the weekend of the ascension. It is an old stone forge (which keeps it cool) with beautiful wooden doors, beautiful furniture, a beautiful staircase… everything has remained authentic, with great taste. There were seven adults and two babies, and frankly, everything was very well thought out to make everyone feel at ease. It has everything you need, nothing is missing. Great bedding. Communication with Eustacia was great! The small garden is lovely and peaceful, the pool was really nice, and the setting… magical. The view, the calm, the village (and this restaurant a minute's walk, too convenient!), everything was perfect. We felt great from the start. We recommend it without a second thought!

We had a fantastic time staying at Ranch Du Roc and Frank couldn't have made our stay any easier. Frank provides everything you need for a young family and there was lots of space to run around in the garden, swing sets and lots of games etc. The pool has a fantastic shallow section for safe pool play and an alarm incase a child fell in. Beautiful bed linen, comfy, spacious house with a stunning bathroom with the ultimate bath for relaxing. Lots of local recommendations including markets and stunning villages. We look forward to our next visit, we will definitely be returning! Thanks for everything Frank!

We had a peaceful "wedding night" the day after our wedding in this beautiful relaxing setting to enjoy peacefully after our party! A haven of peace and greenery, spacious , comfortable and very well equipped. Great views of the countryside, and close to many pretty villages and hiking trails. Sandrine was very welcoming and caring with it, especially with our dog. We recommend it unreservedly.

This is probably the best Airbnb property we have ever stayed in. It is in a peaceful location, set in very well maintained gardens, and with lovely views of the surrounding countryside, particularly from the outdoor dining terrace and the swimming pool. Tastefully renovated, it is also decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard, and the leisure and games facilities (swimming, table tennis, snooker, table football, boules) are exceptional. The Lot and Aveyron valleys, with their spectacular gorges and picturesque hilltop towns and villages, are as scenic as the Dordogne but much quieter and less frequented, and we spent three happy days exploring the area. The hosts, Fanny and her mother Marie, are extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We would love to return to the property in the future.

The hospitality of Martine, Claire's mother was perfect! Warm, available, attentive, generous: the small touch of strawberries from the garden the day after our arrival, the small toys offered for the children, the visit to the church, the story of the history of the hamlet... The quality of the accommodation was such that we wondered if we could make it identical! A restoration in the rules of the art of this old building of the 12th century... comfort of the furniture and the wood stove, sober but delicate and selected decor, soft lighting, huge bay window overlooking a beautiful garden and the church choir... not far away, a pretty pond with water lilies... Gandoulès is a timeless place while being very close to Montpezat... a real little paradise... to come back to the accommodation, we also appreciated being able to have basic necessities during this short stay: coffee, sugar, oil and vinegar, cleaning products. We'll be back!

Great! This is the second time we've come to spend a weekend with friends with our dogs and it's ideal, in the countryside, fenced land, beautiful hikes to do. The house is welcoming, practical and with a very large veranda that allows you to enjoy the view of the countryside and very useful with dogs. 😃 We will definitely come back a third time!

We stayed 2 nights at Elsa's for a wedding in the area. The accommodation is perfectly as described, well-equipped and with lots of charm, in a very pleasant and peaceful environment. Elsa was very responsive and available in all our exchanges.

We felt very lucky to be staying in such a beautiful house. The hosts have done a wonderful job converting a medieval house so that the old and new merge seamlessly together. The kitchen had everything we needed and we especially loved the walled garden.

A one-night stay but which allowed us to enjoy this small atypical house renovated with so much taste and know-how and which literally made us travel in time with these troglodyte stone walls... We loved it, also perfect for discovering and immersing yourself in this wonderful village of Montpezat!

We had a great time at Martine's, who is lovely. The beautiful house is very functional and well-equipped. If the song of the Nightingale tempts you, this is where you should put your bags down. We were in the countryside but close to everything. There are a lot of things to do and that's why we'll definitely come back by motorcycle. We highly recommend this beautiful rental.
