This housing is located in a house that is an architectural monument. The house was restored a couple of years ago and its architecture retains all the flavor of ancient Tbilisi courtyards. These are separate apartments on the ground floor overlooking a quiet courtyard. The property has its own entrance, separate mini kitchen, private bathroom and a wonderful balcony. Mr.Geno's place met all our expectations. Locationwise it was in the heart of Tbilisi andfantastic, in walkable distance to all historical places, restaurants, cafes, bazaars. All amenities were available at house as described, even more Mr. Geno and Ms. Ineza immediately provided our additional requests. Kithen was very useful for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Wifi signal was more than enough. We had an amazing time due to Ms.Geno's hospitality. We will definitely prefer to stay at Mr.Geno's house in our nex visit..

Чудесная просторная квартира в самом центре Батуми! Есть все необходимое, и хозяева всегда готовы прийти на помощь по любым вопросам, как бытовым, так и личным. До моря 10 минут медленным шагом с ребенком, до интересных объектов в старом городе максимум 20. Рядом находятся неплохие рестораны и множество магазинов. Хозяйка квартиры - необыкновенно радушная и чуткая женщина. Вообще, Грузия оставила самые теплые впечатления, хочется возвращаться вновь и вновь, т.к. за одну поездку (тем более с маленьким ребенком) охватить хотя бы малую часть - невозможно. Батуми- сказочный город, очень много интересного, как для детей, так и для взрослых. Единственный минус - крайне переменчивая погода и высокая влажность (отдыхали в первой половине сентября). Очень жаль, что не открыли для себя Грузию раньше, обязательно вернемся!

Удобное месторасположение, номера убираются вовремя, мебель и интерьер немного подуставшие, на полу местами сломана плитка, но в целом хозяин и не обещает шикарный ремонт. Зато есть своя терраса и территория, из-за зелени номера темные, но в жару это и неплохо. В моём номере не работал светильник над кроватью. Так же в ванной достаточно низкий потолок над раковиной. В номере нет фена и чайника, обратите внимание. Если их добавить, а ещё стиралку вообще бы цены не было

Спасибо большое за прекрасный отдых! Бронировали с учётом тихого района - и не прогадали! Ночью было тихо и спокойно, прекрасно выспались. Для нас было важно, чтобы было тепло, так как зимой в Батуми во многих домах очень прохладно. Но в доме есть центральное отопление, так что мы не замёрзли. Внутри уютно, есть всё необходимое, вайфай очень быстрый. Спасибо большое! Мы получили ровно то, что ожидали.

Море в двух шагах от домика. В самом номере есть все необходимое (посуда, полотенца, утюг, фен, зонты) и самое главное осушитель воздуха. Из-за сильной влажности оказалась просто незаменимая вещь. Анна всегда была на связи, отвечала на все вопросы. Большое спасибо!

Felt like being at a friend house, felt like family. We were proactive to make ourselves feel home and the family welcomed that very much. They made amazing food, Natia is a master chef! Auto is wine master ! Natural ingredients from their chickens and fish and beans. They would offer you a lot if they like you! Very generous, friendly, cozy And people of the surrounding area also very friendly. The waterfall is very near the house and you can see cows everywhere. Water is super clean and hot when wanter.

Домик со своим минидвориком с закрытой территорией. Хозяин очень ответственный, внимательный и порядочный (принял нас по ошибочной и заниженной цене). Фото соответствуют, но вживую внутри даже уютнее и лучше. Состоит из двух комнат. Одна маленькая, с двухместной кроватью, шкафом, комодом, тумбочкой. Вторая-основная. Она совмещает гостиную с диваном, креслами и ТВ, кухонный уголок (стол и стулья) и спальные места (двухспальная кровать и односпальная). Мебели много, всего хватает.пастельное хорошее, чистое, есть полотенца на всех. Также есть мини кухня с плиткой и всей необходимой посудой. Ванная очень маленькая, но принять душ вполне достаточно. Совмещённая с туалетом. Главное, домик находится очень удачно. Немного пройти и вы выходите напротив старого города. Площадь свободы и другие интересные места в шаговой доступности. Напротив большой супермаркет, рядом остановка. Мы проверили отлично время, здесь нам было комфортно и уютно. Всем советую Лаша и его жилье.

Приехали к Zaze перед самым годом. Это большой частный дом, нас разместили в просторной гостиной где были 2 кровати + спальня большая кровать. В гостиной на столе нас ждало приветствие от хозяев вино, чача, фрукты и сладости. Очень приятно, мы уставшие с дороге перекусили и легли спать в застланные белоснежные постели. Хозяин Zaza и Нино очень добрые и внимательные хозяева, люди православной веры на все наши желания были отзывчивы, всячески помогая и организовывая наш досуг. Мы очень благодарны этим людям, за время проведенное у них. Будем помнить и обязательно если будем в Тбилиси заедем к ним опять!

Отличное место! Расположение в самом центре старого города, всегда в центре событий. Все очень чисто и атмосферно. Мы забронировали место прямо в день прилета и приехали почти ночью, при этом хозяева нас радушно встретили и мы все время были на связи. Однозначно советую!
