Heather’s well thought out retreat is close to lots of amenities and the interstate, and yet far enough away in the beautiful quiet pines to make it the perfect spot for us. This is a gem of all gems. We will be back!

Great place! We had a great time with plenty of roomy comfortable bedrooms and living space! Very clean.

We enjoyed staying at the cabin in Flagstaff, it was cozy, had our needed amenities, and was close to attractions we were visiting. Check in and out were easy and our host was very responsive.

Would give this home (and the host) 10 stars if I could! Truly one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in - it was super well stocked (had spices, coffee, and even tons of odds and ends like olive oil, rice, s’mores stuff and almond milk creamer). The home was gorgeous inside and out and was the PERFECT spot for our group of 8 (four grown ups and four kids). We all loved the hot tub, the kids played in the yard a ton and we helped ourselves to the game closet. The beds were COMFY. Bathrooms were stocked and immaculate. Kitchen had about a million gadgets (they even had a nutribullet which we used to make salad dressings!). Just an overall amazing, beautiful stay as we explored Sedona! Would 100% come back!! And Traci really was the most responsive, proactive host. Loved her!!

We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the spacious backyard - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The garage was a fun bonus, fully equipped with games and activities for all ages. The fire pit area was a highlight and made for some really cozy evenings. Our kids looooved the bunk beds - it was so cool and well built. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and spacious studio cabin in a quiet neighborhood! Well-appointed kitchen with full sized fridge. Took a walk around the neighborhood by myself (female) and found it very safe, peaceful and lovely. Very close to Ft Tuthill and Flagstaff itself. Highly recommend.

Lovely rustic cabin vibes. One of the best features is the layout - it allows for many guests but you don't feel like you are all crammed next to each other. While the lofted area is not fully enclosed (as advertised), it was still quite private feeling and functioned perfectly for us for an extra bedroom space. We also loved the location, it felt quiet and woodsy, but was also right by town and main attractions. Excellent value for large groups. We had a couple of hiccups, but communication with our host was wonderful, and they took great care to resolve everything. If this place is available, you should DEFINITELY book it!

We had an overall great experience during our stay! The place was clean, well-equipped with all the listed amenities, and the beds were very comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the patio – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The only downside was the WiFi, which unfortunately was unreliable during our four-day stay. When it did work, the connection was fine, but it was mostly inconsistent. Despite that, we really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back in the future. Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

We had a great stay at the cabin. Really enjoyed getting away from it all and being in the trees and beautiful surroundings. Cabin was comfy for two adults and three teen girls. Plenty of room, sleeping areas and nice hot showers with that many girls. Kitchen was stocked with all the basic necessities. We had a great time and would recommend it for location and price. We did Flagstaff/Williams one day and Sedona the next day. Both very close and easy to get to from the cabin. Host was easy to reach, friendly and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is so peaceful, and the cabin was the perfect size for our quick baby moon/anniversary trip! Our favorite spot was the backyard - which was so quiet and beautiful. My one disclaimer would be for any other pregnant gals looking to book a trip! The furniture in this cabin was not the most third-trimester friendly. I would recommend packing some extra blankets or pillows for the bed padding. For us, we weren’t at the cabin too much but were out and about most of our stay, so the furniture was doable! But if we were to be at the cabin for most of the stay, it wouldn’t have been the most comfy being 30 weeks pregnant. Everything else was great! My husband was blissful the whole time! My family had a great long weekend at the cottage. Communication and instructions for everything you needed to know was very clear and easy to follow. We came to mainly visit the Grand Canyon, which was successful, but also enjoyed the community of Williams and relaxing at the cottage. The kids had fun playing outside and appreciated the collection of games and movies inside.

This was an absolutely perfect getaway for my friend’s family and mine to get away and let the kids run around while enjoying my graduation weekend from NAU. There was plenty to do in the house and is definitely family friendly. I will look for this to be available again if ever in the area in the future.

L&K Getaway was a perfect cabin to escape the city and enjoy the peaceful mountain air. The cabin decor was super cute and cozy. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great! Layne was a responsive host and we will definitely be back!

We loved this place and is one of our top two Airbnb places we've stayed. The sunsets, the stars, the 10 acres to explore...all outstanding! And the cabin is perfect so comfy...we were sad to go! Thank you Eric for everything!

Best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The bunkhouse was even better than the photos. It’s comfortable, clean, decorated well, and has all the amenities you need (and then some). Steve and Laura were AMAZING hosts - they checked with us to see what we needed, were quick to communicate, and took time with our kids to get to know their horses. We felt right at home from the moment we got there. The pool table was a huge hit, as was the large stash of games. They even gave us fresh eggs from their chickens! It’s very peaceful and a great central location for all the adventures - Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Page are all easy day trips. Check-in and check-out was super easy - they truly take care of everything. Thank you, Steve and Laura!

Un posto meraviglioso in mezzo al nulla. noi abbiamo avuto un problema alla macchina, motivo per cui siamo arrivati alle 01.00 di notte e trovare la casa è stato abbastanza faticoso. inoltre essendo noi forse stanchi abbiamo fatto difficoltà ad aprire il lucchetto del cancello esterno, e ci siamo risolti a lasciare la macchina fuori.

Clean- cabin feel made for a fun night with the family!

The cabin was very comfortable and accommodating for the 4 nights we spent. The neighborhood was peaceful and neighbor was friendly! A little drive to get to town, but overall we had a great time. Also loved all the games and horse shoes to play outside! Plus the grill was great to have as well.
