Great stay at Melissa’s condo in Old San Juan. Amazing location, comfortable space, beautiful porch, and super responsive host.

It is a true one bed one bath apartment. but with the ammendities that come along with the unit (beach & pool access), assigned parking. the views. Also the walkability to nearby restaurants, bars. stores made it an enjoyable stay.

The condo matched the photos perfectly; it was spotless and well-maintained. We loved its proximity to the beach and popular restaurants. The host was very responsive.

We LOVED the apartment; it felt like I was home, and we would stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The apartment made us feel like we got to really experience old San Juan. Lots of places to eat around and everything is literally walking distance. Super convenient and the apartment was very clean, great bed and very self explanatory. They had items for beach, as well as things needed for a shower which was a nice bonus. Considering how hot it is in old San Juan, their Air conditioning is NO joke, we didn’t even need to turn it on most of the time, made the rooms chilly very quickly, so for those that get hot easy, you won’t have issues with heat in this apartment. Great spot for exploring in the day time and for a night out bar hopping.

What can I say? Cyrus' place is not only visually beautiful but perfectly situated. Cyrus was extremely helpful and responsive from before even officially booking answering all questions about the place and area...and communication remained consistent until check-out day. Always helpful and alert. The apartment itself is super cute and is situated across the street from the 2nd oldest Cathedral in the world. There are these huge balcony doors that open up to the cobble stone streets of Old San Juan and such a great time having morning coffee from the balcony and just people watching before heading to the various beaches for the day. The apartment had everything we needed from appliances to plenty of beach towels. Bathroom is generously large, the little pull out sofa chair/beds were comfortable and the bed itself was comfy. Perfect light, perfect colors, perfect everything....I felt like I was living in old time Old San Juan. Thank you, Cyrus for such a memorable stay.

Gorgeous building! & stunning unit! When I say this place is so extremely safe…. No one is getting in that isn’t supposed to be there! Never felt unsafe at all! Even walking in the area after dark to some fantastic nearby restaurants! It took us until the 2nd day to realize we had not been locking the door when we left, we thought it locked automatically, and there were no problems! (Push the button at bottom of keypad to lock it when leaving) Loved the huge full length mirrors! Very spacious! It was just 2 of us this trip but a larger group would have been very comfortable! Great location! Close to nearby sights, beaches, restaurants, night life! Exceptionally clean! Smelled clean & fresh every time we entered! The full size washer/dryer were super nice! As well as the dishwasher bc no one wants to do dishes on vaca! Elevators are very fast, and prompt when called for! Gorgeous views as well! Thank u! We will happily stay again!

BEST LOCATION!! You want to stay at this apartment right in the best streets of Old San Juan, walkable and just a few minutes drive from Condado and Isla Verde. Balcony with ocean view and located in a dead end street for privacy. Apartment is equipped with everyhting you need for your stay. Very responsive and helpful host.

It was a great place to stay at an affordable price compared to other options. Although it might initially seem far from San Juan, it's actually not too distant. One of my top priorities was having a reliable electricity supply, due to the frequent outages in Puerto Rico and the demands of my remote job. I was relieved to find a place equipped with solar panels and a backup battery system. The garage was quite narrow, too small for even a standard-size car, but aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic stay for 7 days! The most responsive host, very safe, private, beautiful home. ACs throughout, plenty of home supplies, towels, blankets, etc. plenty of seating outside, pool, pool table, outdoor bathroom, laundry room, the list goes on. Our absolute favorite thing to do was sit outside to watch tv and listed to the beautiful coqui at night with the breeze blowing. And the home is only 1/2 mile from Walgreens, Marcos, Church’s, etc. We cooked several meals and didn’t miss not having an oven. We loved the security gate with remote, and cameras outside - it provided even additional comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Calix again!!!

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

The photos in the listing do not do this place justice. The view from the patio/terrace is truly breathtaking. The inside is okay, kind of dreary and could use a paint job, but the insane view makes this place a destination in itself. Felipe has a special piece of property perfectly situated looking into a big valley of the lush rain forest. Seriously we changed plans and chose to spend more time at the Airbnb just to enjoy sitting on that patio with the view. If you want to feel like you’re in nature and a little isolated come here. It is stunning.

Great place to stay! You are close to a lot of places and fun things to do. Quiet and beautiful scenery. Definitely recommend and keep in mind for next time! Great host!

We had an amazing stay!! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. The place itself was very clean, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood, it was pretty quiet. Really appreciated Glenda's responsiveness to any of our questions and really appreciated her recommendations as well, would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

Great location to stay in Old San Juan historical district. Walk everywhere and we found a car is not necessary. Noisy during the evenings so bring earplugs for a good night sleep.

Our second stay here (and 4th time at this complex, Marbella del Caribe) and we absolutely love it. Falling asleep to the ocean waves, waking up and walking down to the beach (or pool) - you can rent daily huge umbrellas. Beatrice provides chairs, but you also can rent loungers at the beach with your umbrella! The condo is clean, comfortable, and the location is spot on! The location is walkable to so many restaurants, bars, grocery. And for the condo, as it’s facing Isla Verde (a view that’s stunning), you don’t hear any of the sounds of the street side of the complex. If you don’t want to rent a car, there is no need! Cannot wait to stay here again!

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

Absolutely loved this place! The beach is right outside the door. The restaurants are within walking distance or just a few minutes drive. The view from the balcony was beautiful. When I come back to PR, i will be staying here again :)

Overall great location, and beautiful view. clean and tidy with very friendly and responsive feedback from the host. one minor thing that seems rather temporary was the noise from the industrial air con, located nearby the building but still manageable and something we did get used to after first night.
