In the Ripollès region, between rivers, valleys and mountains, the ancient Castle of Llaés (10th century) stands splendidly. A unique place, of exceptional beauty, where absolute tranquility reigns in the middle of an exuberant nature. The Castle has been fully renovated for the comfort required by the facilities for rural tourism, with 8 rooms, 5 with a double bed, and 3 with two single beds. Can Mercader II is an exclusive and private accommodation to enjoy nature, views, and the tranquility provided by the Serra Cavallera. We are located in Ogassa, a town with a great history since coal was extracted from its mines in the middle of the century. From here begins the Ruta del Ferro, a bike path that allows you to go to Ripoll, following the old train route. At the top we have the Taga (2035m) that crowns the mountain range.
