The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Upon entering the apartment, you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of Barcelona's rooftops. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and storage space for belongings. The apartment has a parking space for a large car at a cost of €20 per day. In the area, we will find other public parking lots. This apartment is located in a private housing development. The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence, and noise must be complied with so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. For your safety, do not overload the elevators. Capacity for up to four people or two people plus two suitcases. You have two private bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and a second with two twin beds. The balcony is the perfect complement to the natural light in the living room. It is designed for you to go out and get some air, read a bit, or simply enjoy the Barcelona weather from the balcony. A simple luxury, but one that is greatly appreciated at the end of the day. No need to pack your suitcase with shampoo, soap, towels, a hair dryer, or an iron; you’ll find everything here. If you are coming with children or infants, please let us know in advance; if we have availability, we will provide you with a crib or high chair so you don’t have to lug them around the house. Honestly, we don’t think you’ll need it with everything there is to see in Barcelona, but you do have a TV in case one night you decide that the best plan is simply to stay in and watch a movie. The apartment is yours while you’re here, so feel free to use anything you find. We want you to enjoy the apartment, but also to take care of it as if it were your own (or even better, if possible). No parties: The apartment is for relaxing, not for throwing a dance party. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM: The neighbors are lovely, and we want them to remain so. No smoking: To keep the air fresh for everyone.

The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home
