House from 1932 renovated while maintaining the original charm of the time. It has 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a suite. It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. Este apartamento tiene luz, es práctico y tiene todo lo necesario para que no eches de menos tu casa. Sí, tenemos terraza (y sí, querrás usarla). Es el lugar perfecto para comer fuera sin tener que buscar mesa en un restaurante o para tomar el sol sin que nadie te pida paso. Si el día ha sido intenso recorriendo la ciudad, este es el sitio donde oficialmente puedes desconectar y recordar que estás de vacaciones. Úsala bajo tu propio riesgo: es posible que te cueste volver a salir a la calle. Este apartamento está pensado para que cuatro personas convivan sin estorbarse. Tienes dos habitaciones privadas: la principal con cama doble y una segunda con una cama de matrimonio pequeña. También hay un sofá cama en el salón, por si prefieres tener más opciones a la hora de decidir quién duerme dónde. Hemos equipado la cocina con todo lo necesario para que te prepares algo en casa cuando el cuerpo te pida una tregua. No hace falta que llenes la maleta con champú, jabón, toallas, secador o plancha; aquí encontrarás de todo.
