This is near the harbour, you can get cruise ride from walkable distance. Once you get scooters the it is very easy to roam around. main area are just 2-3 KM. Cat ba is very peaceful.

Absolutely incredible villa! You get your own private pool, an outdoor sauna with showers, and four immaculate, identical rooms – each with its own ensuite (no room debates necessary!). The place is equipped with modern amenities, and the fridge comes fully stocked with cold drinks ready to go. The best surprise? A private karaoke room that's not shown in the photos – it quickly became a group favourite and added so much fun to our stay. To top it all off, the host connects you with a local driver who’ll take you to and from the main town and share his own recommendations. Huge shoutout to Heung – hands down the best driver in all of Cat Ba! Thank you for an unforgettable stay – we loved every minute of it!

What a delightful stay! The hosts are very friendly, they made us fresh breakfast and juice every day, and were very, very helpful in finding local tours and activities. Know that this is not on the beach, it is about a mile to the beach or a five minute drive. Also, it is a small hotel, not necessarily a private Airbnb- but the room was very nice and clean and cute. If you’re looking for a quaint, quiet, place in Cat ba, and to meet some wonderful people, this is an excellent option. We really enjoyed it 😁

Les hôtes sont très gentils, serviables et souriants. Ils prennent soin de leurs invités. (Par exemple, ils ont proposé d’allumer la climatisation dans nos chambre avant que nous rentrions le soir). Par contre, l’hôtel est assez éloigné du centre et des lieux à voir sur l’île. Il faut donc prendre en compte de louer des scooters. En résumé, ce n’est pas luxueux, mais cela convient amplement pour juste dormir et profiter de l’île la journée. Merci pour ces deux nuits 🫶🏻

Đã đi du lịch nhiều nơi, đặt phòng trên nhiều nền tảng khác nhau nhưng có thể khẳng định rằng trải nghiệm lần này tại phòng thuê của host Chi là cực kì ấn tượng. Ấn tượng đầu tiên là tính hiếu khách của chủ nhà. Ms Chi rất thân thiện, luôn sẵn sàng giải đáp các thắc mắc cũng như hỗ trợ tôi khi có vấn đề này sinh hoặc yêu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ lân cận. Ấn tượng tiếp theo là phòng ốc. Tất cả các tiện nghi đều giống như mô tả, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ. Chỉ vài bước chân từ phòng là ra đến biển, vô cùng tiện lợi. Và cuối cùng là giá phòng cũng như giá các dịch vụ lân cận đi kèm là rất hợp lí. Một chuyến đi quá hoàn hảo!
