You have the subway in a 5 minutes walking distance and in 10 minutes the two train stations, Cais do Sodré, that take you to Belém and Cascais, and Restauradores, to go to Sintra. Also, you are 5 minutes from Martim Moniz, inicial stop of the famous 28 Lisbon Tram that follows a two-directional linear route: Martim Moniz – Graca – Portas de Sol – Se Cathedral – Rua Conceição (southern Baixa) – Chiado – Sao Bento – Estrela - Campo Ourique. The Marquês de Tancos Residence is a perfect starting point for anyone who wants to discover Lisbon, and we can also provide Tuk Tuks that can pick you up to take you around the city. You are 10min walking distance from Praça do Comércio and Alfama. Please note this is a very old building and there is limited soundproofing between units.

Our cozy apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and all amenities; we recently added air conditioning. It has a balcony with incredible views over the Tagus River. It's located next to the ticket offices of São Jorge Castle; taxis access the castle area, but Ubers do not. This is the oldest neighborhood in Lisbon; the building was also recently restored. The people in the castle are mainly locals and tourists. The atmosphere is lively during the day and quiet at night.
