Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

In winter and mid-season: this quiet apartment is ideal for hosting a couple, a small family or people on a business trip. In summer: the apartment stays very cool. The environment can be a little more lively and you can enjoy a shared terrace with barbecue and a 9x4 salt pool. As well as many deckchair spaces and garden furniture.

In our large property we offer an apartment for couples, families, and friends. It consists of a single living room with a bedroom area with a 160×200 bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a zen area with the Jacuzzi, a TV area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor area. Possibility of booking packed lunches €50 for 2 and breakfasts €7/pers. Close to the city and the canal, 10 min from the city center.

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION Charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio located a short walk from the village and a few km from Carcassonne. The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.
