This 2-star studio is refurbished. It includes a main room consisting of a living room with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 cm, a sleeping area with a bed of 140 x 190 cm, and a fully equipped kitchen area. At the bottom of the house, take a walk through the vineyards or you can reach the river and swim there in the summer. Supermarket and tobacco store a two-minute walk from the house. Located near the main church in the centre of town in the Historic area. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, antique shops, ice cream places, bakeries, wine shops, street market on Sats and etc. The pied-à-terre has its quirkinesses: possibly dated back from the 17th century. 20 min from the beach. 40 min from Montpelier airport.
