Cottage vacation rentals in Castellón

We felt right at home, very peaceful and just a few meters from a beautiful area to see the sunrise and sunset. Mari is very attentive to everything and one of the kindest people I've ever met.

Very nice accommodation in the heart of Sierra de Irta en Castellón. It consists of several floors and the rooms are as shown in the photos and description. Each has its own private bathroom, which gives more room to privacy and intimacy. The common areas, both the kitchen and the living room upstairs are spacious. It is located in a quiet village, about 20 minutes from Peñíscola by car, which we recommend visiting. The excellent host, we had a bit of a problem upon arrival and tried to fix it at the moment. In addition to giving us some flexibility if we needed it. Overall, an apartment that I recommend if you want to visit Castellón.

A great house, very nice with everything you need to spend a few quiet days and enjoy both the house and the many routes you can do without the need to take the car. We were very comfortable and Pablo was very attentive to our needs, and even recommended some things to do or see in the village. If the jacuzzi can seem incredible, which is, the terrace does not stay behind, with views of the mountains you can breathe tranquility in it. In any case, it is highly recommended.

The stay was very pleasant, a very quiet area and the people there are charming. The facilities are very nice, we felt right at home. The host is very nice.

We've been very comfortable. Rosana is very friendly and gave us a lot of ease from the beginning, in addition to telling us what they were doing around the village that night (it was New Year's Eve). After the 1st night he asked us what's up. We told you that the bells are a little annoying when sleeping, and the cushions are very uncomfortable, and he brought us other cushions to try to make us the best we could. She's a good host. The village is very friendly and open to new people. Thank you for everything!

We had a lovely weeks stay at this villa. Everything was as per the listing, we loved the house, the location and the pool. It was perfect for us to unwind after spending a week staying in various beautiful Spanish towns. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for being lovely hosts with a wonderful home.

Marta has taken care of us great all the time, the house was very clean and it was just like the photos, it was in the center of the village very well located. Highly recommended!

If we return to that area, we will definitely book Teresa's house again. The house is very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Getting there seems complicated at first, but with the directions Teresa sent us, we found the house the first time, and we were able to get there without a problem with a large car. They have chickens and donkeys. You can access the pool, which is a two-minute walk away, walk near the river, go hiking... The location, in the middle of the mountains, is very good. We went out every day to get to know the surrounding villages. Rubielos de Mora (it happened that we went on the first day of the medieval market, and it was very cool), Mora de Rubielos, Rubielos de Mora, Albarracín, Teruel, Montanejos, Valdelinares. For us, having breakfast and dinner on the terrace was really nice. Teresa and her daughter Clara, who welcomed us when we arrived, were charming. Thanks for the great service and welcome. The place is spectacular, with beautiful views and a lot of tranquility. The apartment is small but very well organized and decorated, very clean and with everything you need. It says it doesn't have a kitchen, but there is a small stove, pan and saucepan for the basics. It's perfect for a quiet weekend as a couple and to enjoy the surroundings and the tranquility in the wonderful garden it has. Esther and her family live upstairs, but they don't bother at all, they are very welcoming and very friendly. I can't wait to come back!

We had an exceptional 2 weeks, Juan and Marta are very responsive hosts, very smiling and very kind. They had great advice on places to visit to discover the region. The house is very well equipped, it feels like home, and everything is perfectly clean. We were 4 adults and 4 children, and everyone had fun, the pool is incredibly large and very well maintained, the outdoor kitchen is a real asset. The environment is quiet and relaxing, and the views of the panorama are breathtaking. Everything was perfect, we'll be back with pleasure.

What a beauty! What a wonderful place! Our stay was beautiful! From before arrival, Paloma was always on top of everything... in every detail! The house is divine... everything is impeccable, the cleanliness, the amenities, the heating ... We really had a dream family Christmas surrounded by nature and a lot of peace. A break before the end of the year and share as a family. The place is wonderful… there are many things to see and tour… hikes, see the best sunrises and sunsets… The village is very close by. We will really be back again! Paloma y salvador un Encanto! We loved our 10 day stay at this house including our dog. The house was more remote then the ad showed but that worked fine for us but had we known we would have brought more supplies for that day\evening. House was lovely and clean and tidy with everything we wanted for a 10 day stay, in particular the views from the terrace day and night are incredible and peaceful. Overall we wanted peace and tranquillity with the aim of hiking every day and this house was perfect.

The house is new, everything is very clean. Very well-equipped kitchen. The mattresses are very comfortable. Manuel is very friendly and attentive. Beautiful house, very tastefully renovated. We had everything we needed. Ramón is very attentive to everything and communication is very fluid. It is in the center of town, with easy access and parking next door. Everything was fantastic for spending a few days with the family

We had a very nice few days in Zucaina. The area is beautiful and very quiet. Wonderful to admire the swallows their show in the morning on the roof terrace, with delicious bread from the bakery around the corner. Montanejos with the hot springs is a 20-minute drive away. There are some restaurants there too. In Zucaina 3 cafes where you can sometimes also eat something.

Our stay was great! The house and outside area were amazing! The house was very well stocked with everything you could need and extremely clean. The hosts were lovely and helpful. It was wonderful!

Everything is great, the house is much better in person than in the photos, it looks smaller and older, actually the house is spacious and the rooms are not as small as it looks.

A super property with outstanding views. The farmhouse is wonderul - clean, spacious, and light. Sitting outdoors under a gigantic fig tree eating breakfast through to dinner was a delight. The property decor is traditional with attention given to seating and lighting which is conducive to a family sitting, eating, chatting .... just enjoy.
