Beautiful house with phenomenal view. Full and extremely well equipped house. Sueli was very attentive. As described in the announcement, it is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with mobility difficulties, but the view makes up for the effort. Two bedrooms one suite with double bed and one room with two beds are inside the house and there is a suite with double bed and single bed with a connection by the terrace, this last room has a little more humidity. The office /TV room is super cozy, too bad we didn't even have time to use. Delicious beach, without agglomeration and beautiful. We're going to want to go back.

We were delighted with the house! Sleeping with the sound of the sea was one of the best experiences of the trip — something that, personally, is even more amazing than the photos show. The house is extremely clean, cozy and well cared for. We were warmly welcomed by Rafael and Lu, who were super attentive and friendly. Francisco was also amazing: from the first contact, he was always helpful and even sent us several tips on what to do in the area. But I confess that we could hardly leave the house — we were so enchanted with the place that we just wanted to enjoy the view. I'm already counting the days to return, and next time I want to explore all Francisco's tips! Our dog also had a great time at the beach. It was an unforgettable experience!

Our accommodation was excellent, my family and I were extremely satisfied. The accommodations are great, spacious, airy, everything was clean and organized. The house has all the utensils and equipment. The outdoor area is wonderful, with views of the sea and the mountain. Really amazing... we'll be back soon!

The place is simply wonderful! Literally right on the sand on a quiet beach 2 km from the historic center. Well equipped with everything we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

I will start with the house... identical to the photos, to be sincere... even better in person, all very clean, cozy, smelly and very well equipped. The location.. without words! just going to see which words do not define, who wants to rest in a little piece of paradise is there. About your Vavá, dearest person, an energy too good, always very attentive and helpful. I don't give any more stars because here it's only 5 kkkk Mr.Vaavá we'll go back saw! For those who will read this comment I speak, just go! Because at the time of leaving, the sadness of hahaha Sr. Vavá Thank you for everything! Your place is worth 10 stars.

Loved this place and the beach is great. The night noise from nearby bars and from noisy neighbors on weekend required noise cancelling headphones to sleep. But otherwise awesome!!

The stay was great, home exactly as in the pictures and perfect for three people. Very quiet and with a lot of privacy. On the first night there was a lot of wind, which enters through some parties of doors and windows, watch out for this if you have light sleep or trouble sleeping with the whistles or sounds of trees and bamboos. The only flat point was garbage on the beach, many plastic bottles.

Despite the cold, expected at this time, we were able to enjoy the island, hike the bonnet (Renata's recommendation) and still spend the day at the Porto do Engenho restaurant (also Renata's recommendation). The house itself met our needs well. It was easy to access. The only observation I would make is that it has stairs and elderly people or people with mobility difficulties may not be able to climb up to the rooms.

We went with family with children and it was wonderful. The house is super comfortable, clean and with all necessary infrastructure for a family. The keeper also served us promptly with education and proactivity whenever we need. The house is very well located and we will return for sure!

The house is exactly as described, comfortable, spacious, everything extremely clean and organized, wonderful pool, very quiet and beautiful nearby beaches, Felipe was always very kind and answered questions quickly, my stay was peaceful and pleasant, we just didn't enjoy it more, because unfortunately it was cold and raining, but we still loved the ride, I recommend it and will definitely come back more often ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful house! Attentive and very helpful hosts. A wonderful experience for those who want to walk with the family, rest, relax, recharge and balance the body, mind and soul. The house has a great location.

We were in 2 couples and we were very well accommodated in the house. The house has a simple and pleasant decoration, we cook in the house and the basic utensils of the kitchen catered well. The environment was very clean and organized. It was a very hot week and the only relevant observation is about the upper room air conditioning, which could not cool the environment sufficiently, but we slept well. We don't know Matistela, but she has given us all the information we need. Caseiro Rafael also served us very well well.

Excellent host, attentive, made sure to welcome us at check-in, gave food tips. Prompt responses. And the house is sensational, with a beautiful space and view.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped and set within a private collection of apartments high up on the hill so the views are gorgeous. outside the entrance to the complex is a road and then a gate to the beach which is a minute away and the walk up to the apartment is approx 10/15 minutes walk. Corral beach is the best beach but it's worth hiring a car during your stay to go the Villa Centre and to get to and from the beach.

This place is absolutely gorgeous with direct access to the beach. Equipment and furnitures are excellent. The only additional thing I would suggest would be to add a Nespresso machine -:) (I am a coffee addict).

Great location, very well-equipped home, very quiet place and the beach dispenses comments, wonderful, Edson was always very kind and proactive, surely we will return!

It was amazing. 5 nights with the family, including a child, and everyone loved it. The house is charming! The beach is super private, although in high season it gets relatively crowded, but everyone who works in the few kiosks there is very friendly. A shout out to Gracilene, the housekeeper from Minas who is super helpful and cooked for us every day. There are leaks in the main house living room when it rains, but nothing to disrupt the experience.

The house is exactly as described and as shown in the images. It has EVERYTHING that is needed for those who want to cook. It is not right on the sand, but it is worth the walk in a straight line to the sea of Baraqueçaba, I believe around 500m. The house has a water filter and beach utensils (chairs, a cart that turns into a table, umbrella… the only thing I think can be improved is having a large air conditioner in the hallway, because in this heat it helps to control the internal temperature because the house is full of huge windows (very beautiful indeed). There is a market and bakery nearby. We adopted the week we spent there and the host's friendliness.

This was a second visit to Ayrton’s place for my family, and we would go back again! We love the comfort of the bedrooms, the gorgeous garden and pool area, the ample churrasco space for cooking for a group, and the location—the house is literally across the street from the beach access. It was ideal in every way for our group of 7 people. Ayrton and his housekeeper, Kátia, are in regular communication with guests and respond quickly to any needs, if they arise at all: the house has great amenities, and everything is very clear. Camburi beach is our favorite on the litoral norte; there’s so much to do, and the beach itself is clean, with plenty of options depending on how active or quiet you like the vibe. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your next beach getaway!
