Excelente Dpto! Tal cual muestra la imagen. Excelente ubicación, cercano al metro, almacenes, restaurantes... 100% recomendado y volveria sin pensarlo. El Dpto en Excelente estado e impecable y la amabilidad del Sr Gustavo inmejorable!

Excelente apartamento en buenos aires, se encontraba impresionantemente limpio todo. El anfitrión muy amable me permitió quedarme unas horas más sin cargo. Seguro que voy a volver a este alojamiento y lo super recomiendo.

I had a wonderful stay at Lucas’ apartment. It is located in a great neighbourhood of Buenos Aires - many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The apartment itself is clean, modern and well-kept. It had all I needed for a memorable stay. I will definitely return to Lucas’ apartment the next time I am in Buenos Aires.

Aníbal foi extremamente gentil, o apartamento era muito bem decorado e espaçoso, silencioso pois era de fundos, amigos meus alugaram apartamentos de frente e reclamaram de barulhos mas o nosso era muito silencioso. A localização era ótima. Recomendo.

We loved our stay in San Telmo. You can walk less that 20 steps and you are watching fabulous Tango and having drinks at wonderful local bars. The Airbnb was quiet as it is located at the back of a ground floor historic complex. Highly recommended. We will be back for another visit.

Casa muy cómoda, amplia y acogedora. Hermosa zona con todo lo necesario cerca, supermercado, cafés, pizzería. Cerca de la estación de tren y transporte para visitar otros lugares turísticos tambien. Nos sentimos muy a gusto con los anfitriones que se mostraron muy amables en todo momento! Sin ninguna duda volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí!!!!

Estuvimos alojadas un grupo de 9 amigas por un fin de semana. La casa es super cómoda para grupos grandes además de estar muy bien ubicada y cuenta con todo lo necesario, no tuvimos que llevar nada. Lucía se comunicó desde el primer momento con nosotras y nos recibió para hacer el check in, e incluso gestionamos un late check out sin problemas, ella siempre muy amable. Volveríamos sin dudas.

Muy linda casa, cómodo vivir con niños. Estaba situada cerca del subte, practico! Nos gustó mucho la casa.

I stayed here for a couple weeks and it’s a great place. It’s in a very popular area with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance, but well insulated which makes it very quiet inside.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Adriana siempre respondió rápido, con claridad y fue muy flexible. La casa es exactamente como en las fotos. Todo está limpio e impecable. La ubicación es segura y el entorno es muy tranquilo. Súper recomendable

Desde el momento en que hicimos la reserva, mi novia y yo nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. Nuestra experiencia en el departamento de Amilcar fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecable: limpio, ordenado, cómodo y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación en cada detalle. Tanto Amilcar como Beatriz, quien también forma parte del equipo, fueron anfitriones excepcionales. Amilcar estuvo siempre atento, cordial y muy claro en la comunicación. Beatriz nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y estuvo siempre disponible, con gran predisposición para ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Sin dudas, volveríamos a elegir este alojamiento. ¡Altamente recomendable!

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

El alojamiento es excelente, inmejorable ubicación, tranquilo para descansar pero con solo bajar a la calle hay miles de cosas para hacer, negocios de todo tipo, el alojamiento es súper acogedor, decorado muy armoniosamente y la atención de Natalia fue súper admirable. Estamos muy agradecidos!!

Perfect location for a long weekend in Buenos Aires! San Telmo market is just down the road and if you are there on Sunday the flea market is literally right outside your door. The apartment was very roomy and very comfortable for 2 couples. Tons of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Grisel was at the apartment to greet us on arrival and even let us check in early. She helped to arrange car service to and from the airport. Prior to arriving she sent an incredibly detailed book on recommendations and suggestions for an easy trip. I would highly recommend booking Grisel's apartment!!

Muy buen hospedaje, estaba limpio y era hermoso. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos resolvió todas las dudas al instante. Es un barrio tranquilo y a la vez cercano a varios puntos interesantes de la ciudad. Considerar que son 4 pisos sin ascensor por lo que dificulta el movimiento de maletas. Recomiendo comprar papel higiénico ya que no era de buena calidad el que se ofrecía. Si tenía todos los demás implementos para una estadía perfecta.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
