The kitchenette has a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a table for up to 4 people. The living room in turn connects to the terrace through a very large window. Its location is perfect both to enjoy Mogro beach (just 300m away) and to visit Cantabria, Bilbao, Gijón or Oviedo.

Brand new apartment, fully restored. Very bright and modern, south facing. In the middle of Sardinero, a few meters from the beach. It has a parking space in gated parking at the bottom of the building. The area has several supermarkets, restaurants, daycare, sports centers, surf school, the great park of Las Llamas, ideal for playing sports, children's play, ... Bus stops are just a few meters from the building.

A light-filled living area features large windows draped with sheer curtains, allowing natural light to fill the space. A comfortable sofa and stylish armchair are positioned near a coffee table. A dining table with white chairs is also visible, enhancing the open layout.
