Beautiful 25 m2 fully equipped studio in the city center where everything is within walking distance in minutes. The studio is located on Rue de l'Arène Close to shops, beaches, the port and several parking lots, about 7/8 min walk to access the studio from the various parking lots. Just across the street from the residence is a bus stop. You can take the shuttles to get to the Calanques, the train station and surroundings. From the studio, it's a 45-minute walk to the Calanques.

The village is a 20-minute walk away (3 restaurants, tennis courts and coves are a 3-minute walk away). The peninsula is privileged, quiet and natural.
