Fantastic place to stay in Baku! If I could give it 6 stars I would. Beautiful apartment, and great location. Elmir is so helpful, friendly and communicative. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Baku.

The apartment was amazing, beautiful and spacious, located 10 minutes walk from the old town and all the restaurants and cafes area! Also, the host Elay was amazing, supporting us during our stay, even organising for us cleaning during our stay. Thank you it was amazing experience in Baku!!!

The Host is warmth and friendly. He met and assisted us to the apartment as we check-in, which is nice because i like the idea of meeting and knowing your host/s. Luckily his apartment is available for early check-in. Expect the building is old but The apartment itself is nice & good once you’re settled in. The room heater is working, the hot shower too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with utensils, chinawares & cookwares). There is a TV, hairblower, extra pillows, ironing set. Location is the very good. Walkable to Old City, Funicular Train, Promenade, Baku Eye, Nizami Street, city tour meetup points, and to the lots of food establishments and markets. I must say the toilet is a little small for big/wide person only. This is a no view apartment and a balcony, which we didn’t mind cause we got some privacy & peace after all the tours. Likely to recommend to friends.

Everything was great, the location is very central, the flat is big and clean with all the necessities, the host was nice and helpful. The only thing to consider is that the place is without a lift but I personally didn't mind. Thanks for having me, hope to see you again next time!

we find this place very good, walkable to all the places , in the center of all the attractions, 10-15mins walk to nizami street, and other connected areas, icherisheher metro station is straight connected to the location. Mrs. Ayla was too good, she herself turned up to show the studio details, she was flexible with our checkin and checkout timings, she recommended local food places aswell, when you go to very unknown place you feel bit scared , but meeting her and looking at her studio made us feel secure and home. I recommend instead of paying for hotels and hostels better go for this, ppl are hyped to stay at nizami street but this place is better it is 10-15walk but it will give you vibe, very reasonable price, sufficient for three ppl, and btw the studio is full with tea/coffee/sugar item so your breafast tea is sorted just get some local bread with their local cream and enjoy if you are lazy or trying to save a bit

The location could not be better, you are right across the street from the waterfront, you are a 10-minute walk from The Old City and Nizami Street is just a few blocks away. The apartment was clean and comfortable, was nice to get the fresh air from opening the window. The bed is very comfortable and the shower water is hot. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and they replied quickly to any of my questions. This is a great location and I would definitely stay here again.

Yer olaraq çox gözəl yerdədir, Ev sahibi çox səliqəli və zövqlü qurub evi. İnsan özünü çox rahat hiss edir evdə. Rənglər və mebellər çox uyumludu. Evə giriş və çıxış xüsusi durumumuza görə fərqli idi və ev sahibi bu barədə bizə anlayış göstərdi. Evdə istifadə üçün bir çox mətbəx məhsulları var idi. Və keyfiyyətli idi hamısı. Yenə bakıya gələndə bakının stresindən qaçıb istirahət edəcəyim “öz evim” kimi olacaq. 👍🏻

The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

The villa was as clean and neat as it gets. Looked like it’s brand new with everything was in order. The pool is well maintained. The location is excellent, next to a river and close by Gabaland Amusement Park. The stay was value for money and Host Manaf was very proactive and helpful. 5 stars in all categories. Strongly recommend.

Мы останавливались здесь с 24 апреля по 2 мая. В доме жили две семьи, 7 человек. Места хватило всем. Очень уютный дворик, есть мангал, даже самовар принесли) Мебель не новая, но дома очень чисто и аккуратно. До моря мин 7. До Баку 25 мин на такси, 10 манат примерно. Спасибо за чудесный отдых!

so the place was great , the lawns and views were awesome. the beach was like a stones throw away . pool was awesome . we enjoyed the pool and the house itself . almost everything mentioned was available . the only thing was that some rooms were not opened for us so whoever goes next time please communicate to get all the rooms prepped . Otherwise it was a wonderful stay , the kids had a great time cycling and bathing . the lawn was the standout feature as well as the responsiveness of the care taker . the area is quite and secluded away from the bustle of city ,but everything is available from the nearby markets . perfect getaway for large families or multiple couples willing to stay a few days and enjoy the natural beauty of baku and its surroundings. all in all we had a wonderful stay .

Khayyam is an outstanding host! He is incredibly kind and sweet, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. His communication was exceptional; he responded within minutes and was always available to help. The apartment is spacious and looks exactly like the photos. It's perfectly located—close to both the main city and the old city, yet tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and had a wonderful time exploring Baku. Highly recommend!

recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Farukh's home in Gabala with family for two days, and I cannot express how wonderful the experience was. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel not just like guests but like cherished friends. One of the standout features of our stay was the hosts' unparalleled helpfulness. They went above and beyond to assist us in every aspect, ensuring that we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations, transportation, or offering insights into the culture. Our two-day stay felt too short, and we left with the feeling that we could have easily extended our time at their home. I highly recommend Mr. Farukh's house to anyone seeking not only a fantastic location but also an unparalleled level of hospitality.

لا أعلم الحقيقة من كان الأفضل الفيلا؟ أم المضيف؟ منزل رائع رائع رائع بكل ماتحمله الكلمة من معنى أنا وعائلتي قضينا وقت جميل أشبه بالخيال. التصميم رائع المنزل مريح جدا للعين النظافة والأثاث مستوى عال جدا. مهما وصفت المكان لن أعطيه حقه. أما ما يتعلق بالمضيف فكان أكثر من رائع مهنية عالية جدا ودود للغاية الحقيقة جعلنا نشعر وكأننا نتعامل مع صديق مقرب جدا وليس مجرد مضيف. شكرا جزيلا من أعماق قلوبنا على هذه التجربه الرائعة والتي لن ننساها أبدا. ابنتي ذات الثمانية أعوام طلبت مني شراء المنزل والانتقال للعيش في قبالا 😂

Тетя Гуля очень гостеприимный хозяин. Угостила по приезду национальной выпечкой и домашним вареньем! Все необходимой в квартире есть. От чайника до пылесоса. Круглосуточный супермаркет в пешей доступности. До реки 3 минуты пешком. Рекомендуем хозяина! Рады были знакомству!

I had a lovely greeting from the hosts. The place was beautiful with a great view, comfy bed, good aircon, and facilities. I Definite recommend this place.
