On the 3rd floor (NO elevator) in the lively and fascinating Gothic quarter, the main tourist and nightlife area. Walking distance to most historical sites, the Yacht's Marina, Born, and the beach. Surrounded by restaurants, cafés & boutiques. Portable A/C 3rd floor, NO ELEVATOR/LIFT. NO children, babies or pets (sorry). NO check-in after 8 pm and NO luggage storage before 12:00

Sunny flat 3 min walk to the BEACH Mar Bella and Bogatell. Both FAMILY BEACHES. Close to nice restaurants and major attractions. 15 min drive/ metro to Sagrada Familia No late checkins.
