I'm also a host and we're sure that if we return to Cáceres, Macarena 2 will be our first choice. And also to say that Elena has sent us some perfect instructions. The house was extremely aesthetically decorated and gave us a feeing of living in an old medieval house but with all modern amenities. It was an experience in itself. Maria has beautifully displayed various traditional artifacts and household items. The view of the castle and village streets from the attic was also very nice. We reached her place quite late but she still helped us very courteously in checking in and explaining the things.

The Casita de Bautista is a great intermediate point to cross Spain from north to south. Quiet village, with services, close to the highway. The products in your store, very good, especially the ham. Host of 10, friendly, communicative, and the house is very good, with everything you need and lots of details from the host. We will definitely be back.
