Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

We loved this apartment. thoughtfully planned out and organised with everything we needed and more. Very considerate owner and everything was very good quality. We were very comfortable. Location was great with beach and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend and will use again if in this part of Spain again.

Had a great stay here . Perfect location and good amenities. Only thing was the address that was on air BnB was not correct and there was confusion on which address was the correct one as it had different ones from the one on Apple Maps and the one provided . Aside from that everything else was great!

Very relaxing stay in a condo complex on the beach. Quiet neighbours and a very beautiful view from the rooftop patio to watch the ocean which we used mostly in the evening when the sun was going down and the temperature was cooler. The apartment was great with plenty of space and everything you need to make the stay enjoyable. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved using both the pool and the ocean to relax by every day. Easy 15 minute walk to "the village" with great restaurants or short trip into Marbella for more to explore. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect! Accommodations are suitable for 2 people. We used the sofa sleeper which was comfortable. The unit has everything you need. Hosts are excellent!

The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it felt like a home away from home. Just hope it will be available when we decide to book it again. May 10 - 19 2025. This is an awesome couples apartment. Aitana met us shortly after our arrival and showed us around the apartment and gave us one set of keys. It appears to have been recently renovated. The kitchenette is as shown, with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, induction hob and microwave oven. A bottle of water, tea bags, coffee and sugar were provided. The living area is as shown with a comfortable sofa/futon and the tv has Spanish channels only. I tested the wifi and it never dipped below 300Mb. This is the only space that is air conditioned. The bedroom has a large bed (5ft/1.5M wide) which I found quite firm but my partner was happy with it. There is ample hanging space in the wardrobe. The bathroom is adequate. Be aware it is a very small room. The shower is a good size with a lighted shelf and good water pressure. We both thought the WC was a bit low. The vanity has a lit up mirror and plenty of storage underneath. Beach 20seconds Old town 40s Taxi rank 20s

It was a beautiful base to see the surrounding area. Very spacious with a large enclosed balcony, which could be opened which served as an additional lounge and breakfast room. From there we had great ocean views. The place was spotlessly clean, in pretty garden grounds with a nice looking swimming pool, but being winter time we did not use it. There is access from there through a gate to the ocean and walks. The spacious underground car park with a direct lift to the apartment was very convenient.. The host, Oliver was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions about the property or restaurant tips etc . Definitely recommend as a base for the many attractive and interesting visits in the area.

An ideal location in beautiful Estepona. The apartment is super for a couple with everything you could ask for. Raquel met us and showed us where everything was. Plenty of towels, sheets etc even supplying beach towels. A fantastic shower. Fully recommend this apartment.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Lola was an amazing host. The house was clean and they provided us with All the essentials and extra things that came in handy. Lola was amazing at communicating and provided me and my friends with all the local information. 🤍🤍

The apartment is in an excellent location. 15 minutes walk from the airport. Lots bars, restaurants and a supermarket within 5 minutes. The roof top is a real sun trap.

Had such a lovely stay. The apartment is huge with a lovely balcony giving late afternoon sun. The bed & outside furniture are super-comfy, Wi-Fi is good, parking is easy & there are great walks near by. Communal pools & spa looked great, but not used by me as I had my dog with me. Easy & quick to get taxis if you want a night out (& they take dogs). Highly recommended.
