I had summer holidays in Puglia for the last 6 years and this is by far the best place I have said at. 1. It's a beautiful spacious and relaxing place. It's very clean and tidy, yet it has everything necessary for spending a week with a family - all necessities for cooking, a dishwasher and a washing machine - all in great condition. We really enjoyed that it has not only the big bathroom inside but also a shower outside which we used daily after the beach. 2. The location is great if you are planning to spend time on the beaches around Otranto (only 10 min drive) or travel around south Puglia. The instructions are great and it's easy to find the place. The self-check in was especially appreciated as we did not know what time we will arrive. 3. Lastly the hosts were so friendly and nice! This made our great stay even better. They were always proactive with the instructions and really fast to respond. I hope we stay at this place next time!

We had a great time! The accommodation is perfectly as described, very clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated. We particularly enjoyed the calm of the place and the convenient location for visiting the area. Communication with the host was seamless and enjoyable. Thank you so much for the welcome. Highly recommended! The location was unbeatable; across the street from the castle, and just steps from a supermarket, caffe bar, church, everything that you could possibly need. You're just a few kilometers from the sea and fabulous beaches. A delightful, private garden is attached to the unit which was a real joy, and a wonderful place to dry your clothing as the unit is equipped with a fantastic washing maching. She even provided the laundry soap! The kitchen was equipped with local olive oil, home made vinegar, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, everything that you may need to prepare a homemade meal. The frig was surprisngly already stocked with water, fruit juice, and snacks. As a host, Patrizia exceeded any, and all, of my expectations, beyond helpful in every respect. Her recommendtion of the restauant, Rocci was truly a culinary experience, not simply a meal. I met some of her family members who were equally kind. I hope to return soon. Studio clean and tastefully furnished. The furniture is new and the house is equipped with everything you need, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space, although it was not possible to take full advantage of it due to the weather (for example for breakfast or dinner outdoors), it is still comfortable, for example to spread out. A plus is the presence of a parking space. The owner was very friendly and helpful, also giving us advice on what to see and do in the area. The location is convenient to explore Salento.

Beautiful experience, the owners are exceptional people, always available and ready to give advice on uncrowded and known places. The house is equipped with all amenities and is very clean. They welcomed us with an exquisite basket of figs and a homemade fig and walnut jam. We were guests the week of August 15 and thanks to the advice we avoided the crowds of the usual beaches discovering coves and enchanting and uncrowded places, one more beautiful than the other. The sea is something wonderful!The apartment is located in a strategic place, close to many beaches and coves, a few minutes from Otranto, and the area is very quiet, so peace and relaxation are guaranteed. The equipped terrace is a great treat, we always ate out there. We recommend the property, which is impeccably managed by Angelo and Anna Rita

We were a group of 7 friends, the spaces that the house offers are really spacious inside but unique outside, garden appreciated in the evenings returning from the sea/visits to the wonderful places of Salento! Thank you to Mr. Giuseppe who has always given us great advice .

Valentin was super helpful and courteous anything I needed or some advice on where to eat or beaches was always available. I recommend everyone to come
