Águeda is known for its “umbrella sky project” program that takes place during Agitágueda, July and other activities throughout the year. There are river beaches, Alfusqueiro, Redonda and Bolfiar 8 km away. In Aveiro, known for its navigable canals (Venice of Portugal), with typical boats, the "moliceiros." 5 minutes from Aveiro, the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra, white sand beaches.

With an excellent location, it is situated in a historic building integrated at the door of Almedina, in the heart of the historic center classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Duplex apartment, with elevator, has 1 bedroom with living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer and on the second floor 1 room with panoramic view, with meeting table or office, room with TV and a toilet. It features free Wi-Fi, cable TV, A/C, a kitchenette with a microwave and a coffee machine.

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!
