The studio has large windows, free & fast wifi, fridge, microwave, stove, free streetparking and other great amenities. While a partner can visit (NOT TO SLEEP OVER), it is best suited for one guest, due to the size of the studio.

Convenient location, Bus top walking distance, 7 ~ 10 minutes drive to downtown. Close to all amenities and Tim Horton Coffee shop. This is not a shared space, as listed separate side entrance to the suite. Laundry is separate as well for guests only. Electric Baseboard Heaters in rooms, turn heat as much you like. Park on the very right side on Driveway as long as long as it is not blocking the Garage door (plenty space). Plug in is also available on the side entrance for cold weather.

I had a great stay at Edgar's place. He is a lovely host who goes above and beyond to help his guests. The bed was comfy and your area of the upper floor is very spacious for one person. My week-long stay at Essen's place was great! I arrived in Saskatoon a earlier than anticipated and the hosts were able to prioritize getting my room clean to let me drop my luggage off, before I made my way to the University of Saskatchewan campus just a short walk away. I arrived to a clean room with a made bed and a little snack from the hosts. All of the common spaces were neat and cleaned regularly during my stay. There are many AirBnB units in the house, but all the other guests were clean and respectful. The hosts do a great job of communicating their expectations and the rules (clean up after yourself, quiet hours, etc.), which made for a very enjoyable experience! The kitchen was well equipped with ample space and the necessary individual dishes and cutlery in addition to basic cookware. My only suggestion is that Room Z has thin curtains, so you may want to bring an eyemask if you are easily woken by natural light. All in all, a great stay. I wish every place were like this!

A Comfortable and Cozy Stay! I stayed in the private single room for a few nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and just the right size for a solo traveler or a couple. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and I appreciated the small touches like fresh towels and a reading lamp and a small desk. There was also a small kitchenette with a microwave and fridge to prepare a hot or cold beverage along with a small snack. The host was friendly and respectful of privacy but also available when needed. Check-in was smooth, and the house rules were clearly communicated. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a peaceful, safe, and well-kept space—perfect for a short stay. I’d definitely book again! Thank you! Malcolm
