This newly built basement studio for one guest offers you a cozy and clean place to stay in a very quiet, safe and nice area of Rosewood, Saskatoon. There's a private side entrance to the studio and our place is close to parks and 3mins walk to the nearest bus stop. The studio has large windows, free & fast wifi, fridge, microwave, stove, free streetparking and other great amenities. While a partner can visit (NOT TO SLEEP OVER), it is best suited for one guest, due to the size of the studio.

Convenient location, Bus top walking distance, 7 ~ 10 minutes drive to downtown. Close to all amenities and Tim Horton Coffee shop. This is not a shared space, as listed separate side entrance to the suite. Laundry is separate as well for guests only. Electric Baseboard Heaters in rooms, turn heat as much you like. Park on the very right side on Driveway as long as long as it is not blocking the Garage door (plenty space). Plug in is also available on the side entrance for cold weather.
