Can’t say enough great things about this place! First off, Jay and Erika are PHENOMENAL hosts! There was a minor issue with the hot tub, and it was fixed the very next day! Jay and Erika were prompt in tending to the issue and making sure everything was up to par! The gravel parking area behind the unit is perfect and has ample room for multiple cars! The unit is in a very quiet and chill neighborhood and about 15 minutes from a plethora of restaurants in North Park! The hot tub and bed are both great for certain activities (wink wink), and the Roku TV is also a great touch! I will add this place to my list of places to stay when visiting San Diego, and will be booking again soon! Don’t hesitate to book Jay’s and Erika’s place!

Great place to stay, you practically have a square available in front of the apartment with several restaurants, a movie theater, pharmacy, boutiques, shop, etc. Super well located if you have an appointment at the American consulate, you can walk there. It is 10 minutes from the airport. 100% Recommended

This airbnb was the perfect weekend getaway. The host were very responsive and accommodating. The place was clean and had all basic necessities that one will need. The airbnb had a beautiful view and cool features that will make your stay more exciting. 10/10 would recommend.

I stayed at this place for a week almost. The apartment is cosy and confortable, with many points of interest at walking distance, including Gaslamp quarter and the Stadium. The small balcony and the common rooftop are very agreeable, and Jay and his team were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely consider this place for a next trip to San Diego !

We had a wonderful stay at Jack and Taylor’s! The space was clean and incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the home was cozy and relaxing. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind.

My wife and I recently stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved it — the home, the area, and the amenities all exceeded our expectations. The hot tub alone, set in such a beautiful and peaceful location, makes this a 5-star stay. The home itself is thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. The views are stunning, and with the French doors and windows open, the natural cross breeze was so pleasant we never needed the excellent AC system (though it’s there if you do). The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water — a small detail, but much appreciated. Julian is a charming historic mining town, and we had a great time exploring the local attractions and shops. Our host was fantastic — kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. If you’re planning a trip to Julian or the surrounding area, don’t hesitate — this home is a perfect base and a true gem.

Had a great stay at Luis’s place. Plenty of space for our group of 8, and we loved the patio and hot tub! Very responsive when we had an issue come up, had it addressed ASAP for us. Very satisfied, would stay again anytime and recommend to others as well!

Awesome place to stay. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and enjoyed the outdoor area with a beautiful pool and hot tub. Hosts responded immediately to any questions and were very helpful.

The location was what I was looking for. We had a wedding to go to in El Cajon, so it was convenient. It had a pickelball court in the back, but my brother & sister in law left there paddles at home, thinking that there would be paddles there. We did not find any there. The only thing that I would suggest, would be to have paddles & balls there. Other than that, everything else was fine! Loved the view of the city! Also, Aaron responded to me right away with any questions I had.

This home was 5 stars from the time we walked in! Everything was just as described. The beds were clean and comfortable. Every guest in our party said they slept well. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The game room was a hit. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Destiny and Sal were very quick to respond to all my questions and were very accommodating for our group's needs. This was probably the easiest rental we have ever had!

Sally's place was great. Clean and cozy. Very comfortable beds and pillows. We felt right at home. We look forward to staying again.

The apartment was exactly as described. It suited us very well as we wanted a short vacation after our work in San Diego. The location was central and it was a walkable distance to the Gaslamp Quarters. All the amenities listed were spot on. We especially loved the free detergent provided. It was such a thoughtful gesture and we left San Diego with hardly any dirty clothes! In all, we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay there. We highly recommend this premise to all SD visitors looking for a good stay.

Eric was extremely responsive. Everything was very comfortable—the beds and the couches. Super quiet and relaxing. While close to the airport, you don’t hear the planes. Lovely place. We didn’t have a car but walked to little Italy-just a note that the neighborhood is very hilly.

I loved the condo and it was a fun vibe to be in. Also the area had a quant aura that made the drives very pleasant. Thank you for your great service 💯
