This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Our stay at Ralf's was brilliant. The garden is beautiful and lovely to relax in by the pool with great views. We didn't hire a car and booked ubers from the house to Palma and often got local taxis back. Very easy to do. A 15-20 mins walk to the local supermarket. I would highly recommend. Some nights we went out for dinner and others we stayed in. You can really make the stay yours.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. Great location with lovely towns nearby to visit & a short drive from the airport. We enjoyed our stay immensely & particularly loved the pool & table tennis outside areas. The villa inside is also lovely with a huge kitchen & large size bedrooms. Couldn’t fault this & would be more than happy to return anytime.

We have just returned from an amazing two week stay in this beautiful villa with our three grown-up daughters and partners. The Villa is immaculate and very well presented . The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained and the saltwater pool is just perfect and is cleaned and maintained two or three times a week but you hardly notice as the maintenance guys come early in the morning. The location is perfect however a hire car is essential. 20-30 minutes either direction for the airport, Palma or Port de Soller. There are small grocery stores within seven minutes drive in Bunyola or Palmanyola. For a larger supermarket shop Carrefour is a 20 minute drive away. Katrine the house manager who met and checked us in was delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful and both she and the host Thorsten are extremely responsive to any queries before our arrival and during All in all an amazing stay. We hope to revisit in the future .

Simply beautiful, This house was everything we wanted for our visit to Mallorca! The house, pool and garden had everything to relax at any time of day. 10/10, would stay again. The area is quiet and there is plenty of street parking. I would advise that you have a car if staying here if you want to travel to any of the beaches.

We had a wonderful time staying at Michelle’s Villa! With a car, we were able to explore so much of the Island and use the Villa as a home base. It was also easy to get a taxi to Palma if we didn’t want to drive. The Villa was clean and spacious and well equipped for everything we needed. There is a grocery store near by as well as nice restaurants by the beach. The out door space was lovely and very relaxing! We’d love to come back!
