This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Ines’s home and it’s perfect. We loved it the first time and again this year it was super. The house is beautifully designed and maintained and we love comporta. Great value for our family of 6 vs hotels locally too. Thank you again Ines!

Such a beautiful property. Spacious cozy and yet luxurious 5 bedroom villa, nesteled in a quiet small village, walkable distance from sandy coastlines that stretch for kilometers. Bedding and towels are of high quality and equate to a 5-star hotel. Bonus tip: there's a bidet and toilet spray! Patricia was very friendly and easy to communicate with. 5/5 overall. Would love to revisit!

Tiago's place was the perfect antidote to a couple of days in beautiful and busy Lisbon. If you're looking for peace, then this is the place for sure. All we could hear throughout the days and nights was the wind in the trees, and birds. And speaking of which, this part of Portugal is famous for its storks - who you'll find nesting in abundance around the area. Amazing. There's a hammock to read or sleep in, as well as various places to hang out in the extensive garden. Perfect for chilling! The house has everything you need, and when we entered the kitchen, we found red wine, beers, fruit, and cheese; all for us. I can't recommend this place highly enough. And when you venture out south to the beautiful countryside of Comporta, you'll find deserted beaches (at least when were there in early May - off season) as far as the eye can see. We will be coming back.. maybe every year!

We had a lovely stay here despite dreadful weather! Ed was an amazing host, very fast at replying and great recommendations for restaurants which were all fab. House is in a lovely position and you feel very private once inside, its close to the rice paddy fields and you can walk to the beach which is a bonus. This is a lovely area with a beautiful beach but there is quite a bit of construction going on close by which is a shame. The noise didn't disturb us at all as it was up in the hills. The beach is quite wild but really lovely and has great restaurants & bars to watch the sunset. We wanted to surf but the waves wernt right here for our week but we found an amazing beach down the coast to surf so there are always options if you hire a car.
