Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs. Individual entrance and access to the garden from the terrace. Two bedrooms with two 90 cm beds each and a bathroom with a shower on the middle floor and a master bedroom with a double bed, suite type with a terrace and a bathroom on the top floor, totally independent. The ground floor living area has a large living/dining room, an equipped kitchen, a toilet with a sink and shower, a laundry room, a pantry and a garden with access from the living room.
