Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs. Individual entrance and access to the garden from the terrace. Nice house very close to the beach in Islantilla

Beautiful townhouse 5 minutes walk to the beach. Located in a gated community with a private parking space. It has three floors. Two bedrooms with two 90 cm beds each and a bathroom with a shower on the middle floor and a master bedroom with a double bed, suite type with a terrace and a bathroom on the top floor, totally independent. The ground floor living area has a large living/dining room, an equipped kitchen, a toilet with a sink and shower, a laundry room, a pantry and a garden with access from the living room.

Stylish studio (83 m²) in the heart of Isla Cristina, on the border with Portugal. In a lively area with numerous restaurants and bars, this property also offers tranquility and a private atmosphere. This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.
