Excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable. There is a restaurant option and the dishes are very good and inexpensive. The managers and staff are too friendly. Recommended.

Stay at the hotel was great, customer service was outstanding, breakfast delicious and the room was just perfect. We felt welcomed and overall we had a great time. The room was clean, private and quiet.

Olga is absolutely lovely and amazing! The property is stunning and very well staffed. Olga gave us an extremely warm welcome and lined up transportation and activities for us. Our son had a stomach virus while we were there. She and her staff were BEYOND kind, helpful and accommodating. Olga has created a wonderful environment of community with her staff and guests. We cannot say enough good things! She also coordinated a boat tour to the Rosario Islands that was awesome! We would absolutely stay with Olga again, and you should as well!

The most beautiful hidden gem of Cartagena. I spent 2 nights here with my husband and 2-year-old daughter. We had the most relaxing, blissful, beach-filled time. The hotel has this most gorgeous rustic-yet-stylish aesthetic, the kindest staff, and an absolutely blessed beachfront location. I loved that there was shade near the beach, and that this was one of the few beaches near Cartagena with shells! I can't wait to come back.

Clean place, very conveniently located. It has mini split, which is great in the climate of Cartagena. Check in was late, no one was ready to greet us and we wait for 15 minutes in the sun. Other than that, there was a lot of kindness, willingness and support from the girls. They were patient and understanding.

Excellent stay and apartment

Maurice's place was a perfect fit for our stay in Cartagena. The rooftop pool and bar was spectacular and I highly recommend the fruit bowl! It was directly across the road from the beach, and the cafe/bar at the bottom of the hotel was delicious as well! On the first night, we had an issue with the noise level of the room beside us, and Maurice went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our trip was went smoothly and resolved the issue quickly. Highly recommend this beautiful bnb!

Andrea was so kind and accommodating and the apartment is extremely clean and well decorated. It is very comfortable because it is bigger than the normal hotel rooms at this location and there is a really nice balcony which you also won’t find in many of the rooms. The pool is fun and there is a DJ a few times a week.Everyone that works at the hotel goes above and beyond. I would stay here 1 million times over.

They were on the slope since the morning coordinating the boat transfer to the island without being asked. We were allowed in much earlier as we arrived early on our flight. At the hotel they were 100% of the time outstanding, very kindly. The bathing area at the beach was very nice. Totally recommended!!

The attendants really made the whole stay exceptional. They were incredibly kind and made us feel safe. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Bhaus was a great stay. The staff were super kind and helpful, and got us into a room when some earlier accommodations fell through. They even upgraded our room when there was a cancellation. Breakfast was excellent, too!

This was our second time in Cartagena, Colombia but our first time staying inside the walled city. Everything about our stay was super pleasant, the hotel staff was so attentive to us and our needs and simply wanted to ensure we were well taken care of. The room is exactly as described, clean and pristine. The maid service visited each day to ensure our room was sparkling and refilled the in room water, fresh towels & linens! The breakfast was fantastic on the second floor of the hotel and once again the staff was so attentive and kind! The main floor of the hotel has a Cafe that serves delicious coffee, tea, cocktails, juices ~ anything you could ask for. We always stopped by before leaving for the day to grab a coffee and frozen fresh fruit juice for the road. I would 100% recommend staying here if you want to be in the center of all the best restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc! Perfect for a couple vacationing in Cartagena.

Excellent location, it is centrally located to all the important areas of Cartagena. Even so, the most remarkable thing of all is the kindness of Karen and her sister, who were always willing to help me with any concerns I had. Perfect room, perfect place, good TV, everything spotless, very safe and friendly area. When I return to Cartagena, I will definitely stay there again. 10/10 everything
