This is a newly decorated area that can be accessed privately, situated on outskirts of London, close to Sutton and Carshalton Beeches main line stations. These provide quick access to London. Gatwick and Heathrow are easily accessible. The Royal Marsden Hospital is close by. Two minutes by car or bus at the top of the road that goes into the hospital grounds. St Antony's is about a 12min drive. There is one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge with TV /WIFI.

Christine was so kind and helpful. I really had a wholesome stay (stayed for a week) and myself and my cat felt very welcome and looked after. The house itself feels arty, eclectic, and full of history. Would definitely stay again.

Rachel is super easy to communicate and very laid back. Makes me feel right at home. The house cats are also super cuddly and pretty. Not gonna lie I really loved the cats. I could spend all day playing with them. Rachel would also keep them out of your room if you don’t want them in.

Alwin and sneha were an absolute delight!! They made us feel like home. The location is just perfect. Close to underground, railway station and bus stop. Being next to the high street, we had all shops at a walking distance. If we needed help with anything, Alwin and Sneha were always ready to help. This stay was worth every penny! This is a very good place to stay when you're in London. It's very close to the train station, so you can easily get to it or anywhere you want to go in London, and the town centre is just a five-minute walk away. The room is great and you'll have access to a private bathroom. Just a heads up, there's a church on the other side of the street from the room that rings its bell for a long time around 9am on weekends, but I still think you'll enjoy your stay here, especially as Jass is a very friendly host.
